If you have any flaking paint, then just use a sample of flaking paint to your retail store and have them colour match it to the paint product of your choice.
If there is no flaking paint, then gently score a 2“ x 2“ section on the wall and remove the top layer of the drywall that contains the paint color. You will need to patch the hole with wall filler however, that is easy to do and you’ll get the most accurate colour match of your current wall color.
