Sir, is this tax according to 7e payable every year or 1% at the time of selling only. For example I purchased a property worth Rs.40 million which is not exempted and I sell that after 3 years. Then, each year I will have to pay Rs.400000/- as additional tax under 7e or only once again rhe time of selling after 3 years. Thanks

Property value less than 25 million is not taxed. If value goes above by say 5 million, will only 5 million be taxed or all 30 million.

There is no such tab. There are only about 4 options of exemption but 236k is not mentioned.
