24:05 I like the rhetorical employment of جناس with "Rasheed Ahmed Gangohi" and "gung-ho". Nicely done sir.

This was an intriguing discussion, and I thoroughly enjoyed the looks into khilaaf. Hope to see more of this as it's not something you see much unfortunately within hanafi fiqh that an aalim is so well rehearsed in inter-madhab issues

Jazakallah khair for uploading and sharing. A fascinating lecture on an often devicive and misunderstood topic.

Subhaan Allah this narrative is needed so much in the west! Can we do something along the lines of the necessity of the madhahib. How it’s firmly rooted in our tradition

You have to take into consideration that with regards to different atmospheric conditions there wud be an exception to the rule that's wat the hanafiqh stands for in a nut shell and that goes for any other discussion. Did Abu hanifa go to Russia and experience this? However the hanafi scholars wud do qiyas and give a fatwa.

Assalamu alaykum, is there any way that I may get in contact with the sheikh for his private/public lessons or ask questions? BarakAllahu fik.

I think u answer ur own questions
Reading behind another madhab... U started stating hanafi can take from other madhabs

    Why the hanafi fiqh indopak?
I suppose that u wud have to look at the ulema that propagated the deen. For eg farsi had to be learnt then Arabic and eventually urdu later on. The afgan together with the Persian scholars played a major role in India not forgetting the turks majority hanafi scholars. The other reason cud be qiyas for the lack of a better word.. The question cud of been asked Wat was the first madhab who was the closet to sahaba r.a and from we gather Abu hanifa is a tabeen his father met Ali r.a as a child and the hanafi fiqh uses Ali r.a as a reference.

Why can't we get from Quran and sunnah and why we have to go to this madhab and that madhab everytime

    • @zp1232
      @zp1232 ปีที่แล้ว +3

Depends on if you have the education if quran, hadith, usool etc etc to extract the rulings straight from quran and sunnah

Madhab is a school of how to understand Quran and Sunnah akhi. Its not opposite to Quran and Sunnah. When you study a madhab you are studying Quran and Sunnah and the further you get in the studies you will get the evidences and the books of evidences of the Madhab.

Madhab is the safest way to approach Quran and Sunnah . It’s never away from that path.
Whereas it’s risky to attempt your own research without the necessary qualifications.

      Your the jaahil.
Scholars have allowed taking Fiqh rulings from other madhabs since the time of the Salaf as Saleh.
Yet this deobandit quoted from the 8th Hijri.

@@Hashim_Naysapuri what a stupid take. He literally said he is only showing a couple of opinions. The salaf salahe opinion doesn't stand as the madahib were not established in this manner at that time.

That's exactly my point initially the madhabs allowed following of other Fiqh positions.
So way is the deobandit quoting from the 8th Hijri and claiming that the position has changed❓
