Sir, Most respectfully I submit few points below
1. why Discom went in losses, what were the reasons? What action could have been implemented to overcome the losses to avoid reoccurance in future? It is the very basic point needed to be resolved.
2. Why the factor of bearing transmission losses not taken into account while planning UDAY initially? By generation unit, transmission cos, Distribution unit or by improving transmission technology?
3. Gujarat model implementation ie inclusion of ground realities and feedback is a basic factor while planning is done. It's simple way of working in any modern organisation. Why is it missed out in such an important task?
