Settlement is not so easy in Sweden as you are saying. Spouse education is not free until you have work permit or business visa. Mostly signs boards are in swedish language you don’t feel like your are in english speaking country
i think he is not promoting but just talking about ground realities. Because Sweden has a good visa ratio plus less expensive as compared to UK, US and Canada.

for Canada, GIC is required means that you have to block 10400 CAD in Canadian bank and for Sweden, bank statement is required of about 3 million!

bro Sweden is a multi-lingual country so language is not a big issue!! but make sure when you go to Sweden so learn Swedish there! it will help you a lot!
