I feel sleeves from saree pallu and Palazzo alteration is more practical then others. Jis saree se aap pallu nikalkar kisi kurte me attach kr rhe usme naya kapda laga kar saree ko bhi new look de sakte hai. Kurta me niche border attach krke ya neck and sleeve design change krke bhi new look create kr sakte hai.

Your hard work is amazing. I also use this idea for my sari. I cut about 2 and half meter. I attach same length new alternate colour fabric in sari. From sari fabric l made two types blouse. From self weaving pallu part short sleeves blouse l made . From plane part l made long sleeves blouse. Sari was plane so, l attach broad border. My old blouse has no margine. But now l created totally new look sari blouse.

Hi rupinder!! I practically appreciate fish tail kurti from normal as it is easy to tell to tailor who do alteration,least chance of failure and kurti anyhows get shorten pairing with jeans will save it and one kurti goes well with skirt ,palazzo, jeans ,dhoti pants loved this idea

I personally liked diagonal cut pallazos and I will add this to my pallazos.
Moreover , I have a cut piece at home and I was thinking about making a kurta with it . So , I will use the concept of oversized pockets in it. It will definitely help in making my kurta trendy.

Thank you so much for propagating the idea that rewearing/reusing old clothes is good for the environment, for the pocket and just generally makes sense. I loved the Duppatta shrug idea and the oversize pockets ideas. There are so many beautiful duppattas that are biting dust in my closet. I gained weight after pregnancy and all the pretty suits I got custom stitched for my marriage would never fit me again. Watching the various videos on your channel has given me hope that there is a way to recycle those clothes. Especially the heavy duppattas. A shrug would make a completely new and beautiful outfit out of any duppatta. Second, the kurta pocket pictures you shared are giving me so many delightful ideas. I feel Kaftan is in trend now . Because in pandemic 😷 we all gain weight and heavy body. So Kaftan style is superb to show unfit body gracefully - I like 👍🏻 ur shown pic of kaftaan ( monochrome style) .

But talking about my own choice which I can apply is the last option of adding pallu fabric as sleeves n little in the neck area, I have tried this design in my long frock made out of saree n the idea came out beautifully.
