50 kmph speed limit in many areas since all two way roads... u can't put top gear in cars.. if u put top gears engine will jerk and not expect smooth performance... I'm from kanyakumari dist I visit frequently thr but I stopped visiting now a days... gopro not allowed etc etc etc... if ur using TN cars or bikes thy check papers in all corners of road..when I was in munnar trip & wearing full riding kit thy stopped more than 10 times in various part of kerala bcz of TN registered vehicle seems... so I dropped my plan on return and tuk munnar to theni tamilnadu route.. if ur asking fr route thy will suggest wrong routes I faced many times... not only for traffic rules i denote kerala as "not user friendly state" it's purely on my own thoughs and issues I faced with peoples in hotel, shops, roads etc... if u tuk auto thy will charge less tat the good tnk..
