    Glad to see you do this recipe I discovered bulgur kofte this past winter and really enjoy them. So much variety to them also, as is always the case in Turkish cuisine! It is however a difficult category of Turkish food to find information on in English, so thank you for doing this

    I'm so happy I found you here, Turkish cousin is so underrated even though it contributed so much everywhere.

    My family is from the Aegean coast; I have never eaten Fellah Köfte as it is a more central and eastern Turkish dish. Looking forward to trying this out. ♥️

    This looks so good and I have all the ingredients except chili paste. However, I have a harissa I really like which I’m sure will make a very good substitute. I can’t wait for supper tomorrow night! Thank you!!

    Can’t wait to try out this recipe, looks delicious. It’s almost vegan, is it possible to use something else to bind the bulgar instead of egg?

    • @HungryManKitchen
      @HungryManKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can skip the egg, even if few balls crack it doesnt matter and still delicious.

    Looks delicious, I live in the Philippines and have no access to pomegranate molasses, what can I use to substitute?

    • @HungryManKitchen
      @HungryManKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not a 100% substitute but you can use balsamic vinegar and little bit of sugar as a substitute.

    I don't have fine bulgar can I use normal size?

    • @HungryManKitchen
      @HungryManKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It would be difficult to bind the normal bulgur into patties but you can try.
