Yeah, the sound sources are no doubt the same - biggest difference is the audio mixing, and perhaps additional detail streams on the iFly. We can only compare visually to a certain point as the two sims have slightly different lighting models too. Big difference I saw was on how high the engines sit on the Asobo version.

Aha now that is interesting, so there is a top-quality 737MAX already implemented in the new FS2024 simulator? From a pure visual point of view some parts of the Microsoft version look way better, for example that round strut under the main cockpit panel and above the rudder pedals is a very strange ugly texture with repetative pattern on the iFly MAX but photorealistic-looking and exactly looking like on real MAX flight deck photos in Google search. The fluffy seats look very good in both versions, the FlyPad looks waaay way better and more interesting in the iFly version, and also the fire extinguisher and many details and the circuit breaker boards look very good in the iFly version (unfortunately no comparison to the MS version here because the camera in the Microsoft MAX is never fully tilted back.) Also I guess the cabin lighting functions and some other special features will be available only in the iFly version which clearly means I absolute need both MAX versions to get the best of two worlds! That is so cool having not one but two high quality 737 MAX to choose from, I am sure a lot of system enhancement mods will be incoming shortly from Working Title and maybe even from FlyByWire. You're seeing generic textures of course in these videos. At least in MSFS 2024 they will be updated and the renderer will support higher ground texture resolutions as well, so they should look better.
MSFS2024 is absolutely not worth of paying full price for like a new game. In fact it's more like an airplane pack or DLC for MSFS2020. I doubt if most of the players will see any significant differences between these 2. MSFS2020 was groundbreaking with terrain generation and real world map, MSFS2024 is just a little polished sequel with some missions - that's all.

Could you explain yourself a bit more and also you have to take in consideration this is a comparison between a default airplane vs. a very high quality premium payware aircraft. Idk what are you really expecting... The default one isn't even bad for what it is.
what the fuck bro? Of course a flight model, that is included into the base of the simulator, is not as good as a payware flight model. In addition, the Ifly 737 Max costs as much as the whole standard edition of Msfs 2024. You can not expect a standard flight model to be as good as a payware model, that costs as much as the whole simulator
Because asobo dont/cant put the time and effort into these planes that dedicated aircraft developers that spend years can. Having a much more detailed flight model doesnt mean you can get perfect flight dynamics right away. There are horrible planes in xplane as well even with their great flight modelling for example. Also, stop forming your opinion based on one person. Especially that one person who isn't even a pilot let alone a 737 pilot. You sound silly. As if you want ANY reason to justify your dislike of 2024.

Im buying this plane just for the sounds. I have the PMDG 737 and I don’t remember the sound being this good. Have you heard the flap sounds? 😍😍😍😍

For the asobo one I'm so disappointed that they used their standard sounds... sounds the same like the A320neo v1 😐
Comparing another pile of steaming garbage from Asobo with a professional standard addon? How does the Asobo one handle RF legs? How does the Asobo one go for single engine handling and HUD configuration? Yea steaming garbage from Asobo..
I see the same bad LOD on the ai aircrafts landing gears in 2024, just popping in to view. What a shame.

For me it’s quite similar. It’s not worth buying it for 70$ when you get a default
Thats my point too like the moment i paid almost 110 CAD for the PMDG 777 i was like stop im never gonna pay this much again for a virtual aircraft doesnt matter how good it might be. I get it its an expensive hobby but get a grip with those prices especially in this current economy
Many thanks for all your hard work bud, much appreciated love your vids.👍

msfs2024 cockpit textures look better to me
lol
Guys mind you there is video proof of the differences and he still said that 0:54
It’s a little unfair on iFly to compare textures because of how much better the new engine is compared to the previous simulator
@@managed9348 That is subjective. The MSFS24 looks a bit darker than the iFly but that doesn't mean they are worse or better just different. So, stop being an iFly soy boi, it's not going to get you the airplane for free. haha
@@ImpendingJoker I’m buying it I know what a proper addon looks like that 2024 version looks like bredok 3D…there is ZERO detail in that cockpit zero. Get yours eyes check…coloring is not the problem.
Runway textures in MSFS 2020 have always been awful. Really weird decisions to make the entire world look so real in a flight simulator but leave so much to be desired when it comes to airport and runways textures!
You're seeing generic textures of course in these videos. At least in MSFS 2024 they will be updated and the renderer will support higher ground texture resolutions as well, so they should look better.
I love the comments by "wannabe pilots" who think they know it all. It's with the sim , so let it be!
mcas system works ?
Lol
conclusion: the old 737 max is shit. Even swiss001 hated it.
first
Is there a cabin on the default 2024 ?
second
😮
MSFS2024 is absolutely not worth of paying full price for like a new game. In fact it's more like an airplane pack or DLC for MSFS2020. I doubt if most of the players will see any significant differences between these 2. MSFS2020 was groundbreaking with terrain generation and real world map, MSFS2024 is just a little polished sequel with some missions - that's all.
Overall graphics look better in 2020
The difference is that the ifly will actually work 😂
Msfs 2024 sound is so much better
The inside of the 20224 max looks like bredok3d quality
Literally
@@managed9348 We still have some time to wait so maybe itll look better
How? It looks good to me
@@Arkid77777 go watch some bredok 3d 737 max videos then come back
The default 737 max sounds better
Lmao say what lmaooo ok
Nah
For me , iFly is better in everything :) people there must be high or something . But whatever , 1000 people , 1000 tastes :) since i am not going to buy MSFS2024 anytime soon , iFly will probably be the best and only option (since PMDG kinda ditched it) . But to be fair , WT did great job .. we all know Bredok level MAX shi*te right ? :D :D
So is the MSFS 2024 flight model not improved then, how the hell can an addon in 2020 still be better than 2024 with all the improvements they have been advertising. Lost my excitement
If a default plane is good enough for someone, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Some of us just want something extra that 3rd party planes can provide.
