You can watch the January 6th Committee hearings. They tell you what happened on January 6th. They have many, many REPUBLICAN witnesses that tell you what happened, under oath. It won't have every witness, since a bunch of them ignored their subpoenas (Jim Jordan, MTG, Andy Biggs, Rick Perry, etc). It also hits on trying to pressure Brad R. to find Trump 11,780 votes in Georgia and it shows/talks about all the stolen National Security documents Trump had at Mar-a-Lago.

Trump will definitely spin these trials and appeals out as long as possible. I would be surprised if any of these cases were resolved before 2026, especially with SCOTUS acting as his backstop. In fact, the way his mind is deteriorating, I would not be surprised if he was ruled 'not mentally competent to stand trial' before a conviction is obtained.
