QUESTION: Do these charges/lawsuit filed by the non-profit organization qualify as Trump having breached the conditions of his pre-trial releases in any/all of his ongoing cases? Of course, the justice system has ignored every breach before this, so it's unlikely the justice system will show any backbone before the Nov 5 election....however, IF Trump loses the election, Trump's recent behaviour & these charges would give three different judges an opportunity to throw Trump in jail on November 6th! IMHO, this would be wonderful, for America, as it would make it much harder for Trump to incite political violence by holding 'stop the steal' rallies, during which he no-doubt would claim that the election was fraudulent, etc. For the sake of safety & stability, Trump needs to finally be thrown in jail...until his sentencing, which I hope & pray will include jail time as well !

I read that a Mr McGregor (from his self-named company) says that he employs about 30 Haitians and wishes he could employ more - that they are excellent workers, don't do drugs, great time-keepers and that they're actually better than many locals who often don't wish to work. trump and vance deserve everything that's coming to them.

Sure, in some specific circumstances like this, there is a small possibility. But in general, any law that could punish the vast majority of their lies would be far too easy to abuse. It simply wouldn't be worth the risk. Especially not while Republicans still have power in places. It would back fire instantly. I wish this wasn't the case. I want them to face consequences too. I just don't see a reasonable, or safe way to do it.
They should be yes. As well, fined $500.00 for each baseless lie out if their mouths.

They should be held accountable for creating a dangerous situation in Ohio. Neither one of them has any special immunity status. I can't believe that a former president would act in such a horrific manner. What a disgrace to our country.
