- Here is PART 2 of My Pinball Collection featuring the Williams hit from 1997, Medieval Madness.
Many of you have asked to see more pinball videos. So, here is a quick "close-up" of one particular machine in my collection. I hope you enjoy it and look for future installments coming soon.
To see Part 1 ("The Addams Family") click below:

*It's an OLD website I created, very basic....but, it has a lot of information in it.*
Can't wait to see more of your collection in these vids! Great work!
I went to a 5 pin bowling alley about 3 years ago and saw a Theatre of Magic pinball machine. I went there this year and saw that they still had it, so I played it. It's fun and I was amazed that they still had it. The place is a 2 story 5 pin bowling alley that used to be a movie theatre and they have famous movie things on the walls. It's cool.
I'm excited for Medieval madness remake 2023.
Played the hell out of this back when Super K-Mart was around where I live. My friends and I would go to that store in the middle of the night sometimes, just to play that pinball game.
Absolutely! Thanks for watching.
This is great Spida, love to see more pinball videos. Awesome collection you have there :)
Great machines of all who have come into my collection this is my favorite and I think that over any
Very, very cool. Thanks for watching!
Seth of the NYC pinball league has a good condition Medieval Madness.
Speaking to Seth, he had also reminisced about playing MM during college.
His countenance changed during that memory and I swear an arcade was reflected in his eyes.
great game! I hope to play it some day
Chris great video and i can not wait for more. : )
Funny thing too i just went to my classic gamers meeting down state and the arcade we meet at has one of these pin's and every time i go i have to play it i just love it.
I have never seen such an amazing pinball machine! Love it! Thanks for sharing :)
Great episode, i love this show
yeaaah a new pinball review =D I so miss that, thanks chris for the great review of a great Pinball.
YES!! Another awesome vid Chris! Keep em coming! Waiting on that Banzai Run video. :)
The pinball footage was all shot in October 2009 (I put that as an annotation at the end and also mentioned that in the Part 1 intro). :)
Both great games. :)
Thanks for watching!
nice collection you got there.
i was never much of a pinball guy myself, but i did get seriously addicted to star wars - the phantom menace pinball game, when it came out.
i also remember the shadow , which you have in your collection, and i liked that game alot too. i actually liked the movie alot and felt williams did a great job of portraying the feel and essence of the movie and transferring it into that game.
great vid :)
No only great PCEngine reviews but also a lot of the best pinballs ever. Someday I will buy Medieval Madness. Great Review. As always -keep up the good work!
Awsome collection man. I wish I had some of those pinball machines in my game room. 5 stars!
Wow i came here cause i was searching for this table on youtube and low and behold u had subbed to you in the past for turbo grafx games cause im a big fan of that too. Awesome man,im currently playing the hell out of this table on ps3 at 55 mil so far trying to up my score more. This table is addictive as hell
This is one of the best Pinball games I have played.
@darkinertia2 A lot of pin tables are considered "fan layout" games (like T2, etc.). As for a "big thing in the middle to whack on"...yeah, Attack From Mars definitely. Monster Bash is a little like that also (and considered a "fan layout."). There are some others around.....Scared Stuff has the crate in the center, etc.,
Thanks for watching.
That has got to be one of the craziest pinball machines ever! I am in love...
badass table!! hands down one of the best all time
i just played this table ( even though it was beat to hell) in a truck stop in North Carolina. i saw it and i had to play it, we spent a half hour there taking away time from our road trip. i probably never run into another one.
Absolutely. I think that was the next vid I shot because I couldn't wait to play it. Ha ha. Thanks for watching.
Very very cool. Thanks for watching
Unfortunately, deinterlacing is not the issue here as my videos are actually "deinterlaced." The mixture of my inferior camcorder and editing software I use is causing the banding and combing issues I have with the shot footage. Nothing I can do until I upgrade my equipment some day. Thanks for writing and watching.
I am glad I have a digital version of this table. I would have never been able to experience it without video game collections
Now that was a great video! very entertaining!
Its funny I have never been a huge fan of pinball but your videos definitely gets me interested!
There is something really cool about pinball though, the hypnotic lights the voices it is a very surreal experience at times! reminds me soo much of the 80s!
Way awesome man! I totally want to play some pinball now.
This just was released as a DLC in "Pinball Arcade" (PS3)... It was one of the first tables I ever played (this and "Attack from Mars").
Nothing beats the real deal (of course) but is hearth warming to play it again :D
this video was very well done. thanks!
I wish I knew where to play one of these... I love the twisted humor the game has.
Awesome! :)
Thanks for watching
Great Machine. Spent a lot of time playing it. I have to say, one of the things that seems very indicative of machine's circa 90's is that you can be ok and have fun but if you are good- they are really nuanced with a lot of cool little features and games with-in games and stuff like that. High Speed Chase 2 was probably my fav. Black Knight was awesome. If I remember correctly, though this might be wrong, I think this is the game that says, 'Germany Is Victorious', lol. I might be thinking of a different machine though, thanks for the vid.
YEEEEEEES!!! I love Medieval Madness! Thanks so much for the video dude!
Wow, that's really cool. Thanks for sharing!
@realisticHomeboy I totally agree. Thanks for watching!
Okay Spida. Eagerly awaiting the premier of the new series "Not my Pinball Collection". I do appreciate the Spidey black you did. I think a Tron and a Creature one would be great, as well as others.
Nice, Very nice collection man, u r awesome :)
happy holidays btw :)
We miss your pinball videos. Please make more
@Bapetacular Thanks my friend. Have a great holiday.
Just picked up MM, Love it !
Medieval Madness was remade 3 years after this video was published by Chicago Gaming Company.
I love the shot of the arcade in 1999. This is the kind of stuff Discovery Channel should pick up :
@Progearspec Not sure when. But, number 3 is capturing into the computer, I just have to do some editing on it. :)
I know. It's quite sad. VERY hard to find games anymore..... :(
Thanks for watching!
We have this machine at work :)
Just beat my highscore about an hour ago and made the list!
71,5 mill :)
Brings a tear to my eye oh to have this table at home i was looking at one in the US 20.000 dollars. That sums up how good it is great videos by the way.
Thanks for watching!
Fantastic videos
You're welcome. Thanks for watching.
That's a great one to start with! For sure. :) Thanks for watching.
Ha ha. And...it loves you SWAG. I just called and made sure. LOL! :)
Thanks as always my friend!
Chris, again, thanks for all these videos. A treasure for us. I know you are getting famous on the big stage these days, but we're wondering when you will have time again to do a big "My Game Room" tour to show us how you are living the dream these days. Also, do you have any arcade cabinets, or just pins?
I do own The Shadow. It plays different than the other two you mentioned. But, I really enjoy the experience (if you can find one that's completely working.....lots of quirky toys on that one, ha ha).
Thanks for watching!
Awesome! I'm glad you enjoy it. Means a lot!
@HuracanPolimar Thanks my friend. Happy Holidays to you as well! :)
@xritschiex Awesome! Thanks for watching
@spankybjesus You're welcome! Thanks for watching. :)
@1MaxPayne1 Ha ha. Me too. Spent WAY too much money on games in general. But, the memories were worth it. :)
Thanks for watching!
Found one at a bowling alley. When I asked if I could buy it the owner told me, "The more people ask the less of a chance I will ever sell". Couldn't even play it! Out of order.
@BoNursukker Ha ha. Yeah...most of the games from the 80s and 90s had a "winners don't do drugs" or something on them. I know of some people who actually created special ROMs to get rid of that screen. ha ha!
Thanks for watching.
@sirjibbylee Ha ha. Yeppers! That is the exact quote. "Well...let's see what we got here!!!!!!!" Ha ha. :)
Thanks for watching.
Yes, Baby Pac-Man. I'm quite familiar with it. I know most people (at least pinball-folks) don't like it . But, I always thought it was a neat little gimmick of a game. You know?
Thanks for watching!!
Forget everything you just saw. You saw nothing!!!!!
Ha ha!
If you look at my playlist, there are a handful of on-camera moments. Normally, enjoy just pulling levers behind a curtain. :)
Thanks for watching!
@solutionmixt Totally! Love the game (obviously, ha ha!)
Thanks for watching!
Well, when Williams went away.....Stern Pinball was still around. And, luckily, started to hire ex-Williams' employees to come in and restructure their system a bit. So, the stuff they have been producing in the last decade has been quite great. The future is uncertain, but as long as Stern is around (and in Chicago), pinball lives on in my honest opinion.
I'm sure the collectors out there, who have already produced amazing numbers of repro parts, will still be around 200 years from now. :)
I love this one! Greatest table i've ever had the pleasure of playing! (I 've personally played: The Addams Family, MMadness, and Attack from Mars)
Watching this video,make want to start my own collection of Pinball machines :}
Dude, you stole that thing! Awesome Job!!!
We had MM in cafeteria of the base when I was doing my military service in 2001-2002. Game was so epic, I would like to buy one for my self but finding it might be impossible.
I bought the remake from Chicago Gaming and I love it. It is already a collector. A lot of owners add lights, shaker motors, subwoofers, an updated video display. I keep think about doing that but decided not. Why not keep the machine so it looks exactly like yours?! It is definitely one of the best machines ever made.
Oh, by the way, I do LOVE these pinball videos, and I hope to see more real soon!
Ha ha. Yeah. That gate ticked me off!
:)
Thanks!
@antinodoctors Ha, no. That is a little before my "area of interest." But, it's a unique machine, that's for sure. Not many of 'em out there, you know? :)
Thanks for watching!
@cranie4 Ha ha. Yeah! Totally. Trust me, I love the game. But, I would not be picking it up today for the money it goes for. Thanks for watching!
@YalkOne Ha ha. Must be a College thing for some of us. :)
Thanks for watching!
Cool my friend. Thanks!!
There's one of these machines in my local pub it's in such bad condition nothing works properly on it but he just won't sell it your vids are really good I like watching them
@nlafavore All stuff I filmed at one point or another in my life. I tended to have my video camera on me a lot (once the family received one, that is). Ha ha. :)
Hey, thanks a lot. I had fun shooting the segments before storing the game away. I'll try to get another one up soon! :)
@ChrisMolyneaux93 The Pinball Factory......snicker.......I'm sorry, I can't say that with a straight face. :)
Thanks for watching!!
Ha ha. Thanks a lot.
Yes, most of what I collect or have is due to "nostalgia." You know? They all mean a lot to me. Though.....I have sold and had to re-buy some stuff over the years. :)
Thanks for watching!
@localh21 Black Hole is a fun System80 Gottlieb. The three layers is really neat. Good stuff.
Very nice! Subscribed :)
Interesting vids, thanks for not being completely horrible like narrators on most "My collection" videos.
Great collection btw.
very cool! I never got to play this table but i do know of it. I was always playing the game next to it and it was called either baby pac-man or pac-man jr. The top half was a monitor playing the classic style of pac-man. Then as you get cartian bonus icons it would activate the lower half of the game which was a pinball table. Avery interesting blend but still fun.
You got it. Hmm, Much more to come! :)
@Konuvis Stern pinball is still in business and they're the only ones left making "arcade" pinballs.
Well, you're right. It isn't easy to win "Battle for the Kingdom", but I see in attract mode that you did it!
You got a great deal..double your money at this point. Love your vids, Chris.
I think anything happening in the pinball hobby is awesome. All companies have "priced me out of the market" now. But, I will definitely look forward to playing the new games from ANYONE. Ha ha. Thanks for watching!
Ha ha. I actually have a bunch of footage of me in arcades from like....even earlier than that. I love watching that stuff. :)
Thanks for watching
Maintenance can be, yes. It all depends on the wear / tear on the machine, what year it's from and what condition it is when you get it. You know?
I do not currently own a T2 but that will be part of my collection someday. I bought one at a point but was unhappy with its condition....so I sold it in hopes of getting a better one. LOL! :)
is there any other pinball tables like this one? i know attack from mars is similar and i like that one, i love the idea and simplisity of it like how you can just keep smashing the castle yet theres tons more things you can do that are simple too
Hey Chris
Since it's been re-released,and it would be somewhat comparable to a Dialed In ,price wise. Which one would you prefer
@PcEngineGuy Thanks a ton my friend. Truly!
@welseypipes2989 Lol! Ha ha. Well, at the time it was pretty close to even. But, I'm sure looking back at it now...he wishes he hung onto it. :)
Thanks for watching!
