Antares' autotune wasn't used in this cuz there are parts that are slightly flat comparatively to the others but theres a plug-in called melodyne that can tune individual notes and even change the vibrato on notes. Regardless, she's talented AF i agree. I think technology has merely allowed us to get rid of distracting imperfections of very talented people so we can focus on the art itself.
