Director Selects: Aaron Tveit

This is the final Director Selects of the 23-24 season. Throughout the year, we have spoken to artists from locations around the world and across many performance disciplines. This final installment is among the most exciting. On May 11, we have two simultaneous major debuts at The Soraya - Pacific Jazz Orchestra, a new ensemble that is changing the landscape of live music in Los Angeles under the direction of Chris Walden, and Broadway and television star Aaron Tveit. Chris and Aaron have created a playlist that covers a breadth of material. In this interview, Aaron shares some of the pieces that will be performed and the thoughts behind the choices.
