This was a fantastically produced video! The homes featured were truly stunning and gave a great glimpse into the pinnacle of luxury living in Sydney. However, with the sheer number of incredible properties across the city, it's impossible to definitively say these are the only 10 best. I can think of dozens of other residences that could easily contend for a spot on this list. Regardless, it was a captivating watch and a great source of inspiration for anyone who appreciates fine architecture and design!
These properties have been on the market for a few years notably the Packer residence at Barrangaroo which was tagged at $100 million, came down a few months ago to $70 million. That property overlooking the Opera House in Cumberland St, the Rocks was the old Dept of Housing residence building. The proceeds of those initial sales went to building other dwellings in the suburbs of Sydney. So in essence, this fine production is targeting overseas buyers due to no local interest.
Some of them have already sold, if you check at the beginning of each house. It says if they’re either for sale or already sold. With that being said, with enough money everything is for sale
10 Poole st Longueville missed out? The owners have rejected multiple offers just over $40M. I believe Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban called it home for a little while…
@@oliver.smedley It depends on the preferences of the person... i haven't lived in Melbourne before but think it would be interesting to live there at some stage! On a different note, the videos on the playlist on my channel titled 'Purpose of Life?' might change someone's life for the better!
I think it’s because in Sydney, if you don’t live in the east or the north or is a millionaire, it’s crappy living. While in Melb, you don’t have to live in Toorak to enjoy Melb. What I don’t get is why Syd can’t do better than Melb in things like education and health. We have many large universities and hospitals and we have the budget, yet Melb is better in these fields. Leave arts and sport to Melb, not interested in those.
@Younis1446 They have a point. At this very moment, the West is changing for the better, but the West is a different city compared to the East and North, and i do believe that's a problem and should be worked on.
Bro all of these houses are trash. If I was rich I would not live in Sydney or even Australia. I would not be spending like $25 million AUD on something I could get for like $8 million AUD somewhere else in America. If I was a millionaire from online business I would be actively trying to leave socialism.
So you showed 2 properties from The Northern Beaches area. Your spiel about showcasing a property from each area goes out the window! 😂 Your choice in properties are somewhat subjective to your taste….. kinda boring, especially the first 3.
The best channel for australian luxury real estate
@@NaveenKumars-fy2wx thank you very much 🙏🏼

@@Aust2008 realistically a better title should be “Top 10 properties (I could get footage of)” cause Sydney itself just has so many amazing properties
Great way to compile the list! As it happens, I drive past #10 most days .. I’ve always wanted to see it inside .. so, cheers! Haha
@@djjamestobin glad I could help 😁

Unparalleled…
My word, Crown towers and the Anz building are to high for me, height phobia, but the Northern Beaches yes 😊😊
@@debramage739 I agree, the Northern Beaches is S tier
My son is a stone mason on the northern beaches & gets to work on amazing properties. I only get to see his videos 😊
Can these be brought😊

Bought!
@ hahaha thank you
Please made a this type home in USA please sir please
You should mention the prices.
Both the time stamps on the description and the overlay at the beginning of each house has the prices :)

Cant believe the NSW govt was stupid enough to sell off the sirius penthouse im 2019 for only 35million when the unit is worth 50mil + today
Well only homes they have videos online... it's not really the best homes in sydney
Unwatchable because of the burned in subtitles. Including confusing Sutherland with Southern!
Why do people compare melbourne to Sydney are they blind. Its a trillion to nil. Not even close in any way
@@mrporsche4236 Sydney is in a league of its own. I’d argue it’s one of the best cities in the world. Melbourne I wouldn’t even consider living there

@@decepticons_destroy that is incorrect, you can live well in many areas of Sydney...

Pfffft... My house is way better. Rich people have the weirdest things in their houses. like we need MORE ROOMS for MORE CHAIRS and MORE BAD ART. RIP.
Sorry, but no one needs 19 bathrooms.
What a snooze fest 💤
