    Thanks. Free, but perhaps one could say there's still a paywall or a hurdle. At the Playground interface , I get: "You don't have any API credits. (next line)You'll need to set up billing before you can use the playground. (next line)Finish account setup ->

    Looks like you have to setup a billing account & deposit a minimum of $10 to even see this feature as of 10/12. Thanks for the info though!

    When they released o1 didn't they say simple converstaional prompts work better than complex ones

    • @mohammadmalik9075
      @mohammadmalik9075 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      They said for o1, a detailed prompt that doesnt spin instructions around, isnt too complex and is much more direct, are better for it specficially. That does not mean you cannot improve prompts given to it, for example they also recommended separating sections of your prompt, like so:
      (any knowledge or info it should know, or a file or code snippet etc)
      (what you want it to do)
      This is from their article on how to prompt o1.

      It really depends on the use case. With more basic prompts like summaries and blog writing, the results are going to be close. But for much more advanced tasks, it make a very noticeable difference.

    Why are people paying for this? Everything is free. This is too much . Why would they give us access to this? Drones have killed 1 million people already. Did they have accesss over there first. It can and has already hacked sll your electronics even old tech it uses sound and frequencies to see like sonar. It maybe controlling the weather and has wireless installed worldwide. Bitcoin. @shanehartley484 Shane, I'm not saying you're right or wrong. Who am I to judge? If you believe these things are true, I can confidently assert that the next step in your reasoning would be to stop using electronics altogether. I mean, stopping absolutely everything. It really might be good to put it all behind you.
