I had the same problem like the person in comment on 10:40. I did all the steps they wanted but nothing happened. So i wrote the costumer service and it needed a few mails before they understood my problem. It needed 3 weeks to publish my shop but than it finally worked. :) Writing costumer service is always the best way.
