A creamy cheesy macaroni and cheese is the key to making the best Mac n cheese. A creamy cheese sauce allows the cheese to coat the whole macaroni and even the inside. Mac n cheese made from powdered cheese or with just cheese is not very good. I stop buying the Kraft box Mac n cheese that I grew up with. I've learned to make a creamy Mac n cheese. I like to add cream cheese to my cheese sauce along with the sharp white cheddar cheese. Thanks for sharing your recipe Claudia.🤙🏽
Thanks for your comment man. I tried a couple recipes recently like you described it just wasn’t creamy, the cheese globed up on the noodles after plated. For the usual 16oz’s of noodles recipes how much cream cheese do you recommend?
This is exactly how I make my baked Mac & cheese & it’s a hit everytime…. Going to try ur spice blend and adding the bacon to my toppings. Can’t wait! 😋 BTW: u can make this Gluten free by simply switching out the pasta, flour, and bread crumbs and it will still be a hit!
Really enjoying all your recipes! Made your chile rellenos they were awesome! Getting ready to make your mac and cheese but wanted you to know that in the recipe it says 3/4 cup and then a blank I think the word bread crumbs need to go there FYI can hardly wait to make!
