The condo is nice. I too, am impressed with it having a car wash bay. I actually never heard/seen such a thing on the grounds of an apartment/condo building.
For a one bedroom it was nicely done. I might redo the kitchen counters and replace the stove/oven, but that's about it in there.
I didn't notice any signs of central air so .....?
Is parking assigned or titled?

Thank you!!! Hahaha my seller always wears music tees so he inspired my look for this one 🙈 - I would do the same things and am always jealous of the car wash bays, so convenient! No A/C - remember most apartments in Calgary sadly don't come with A/C unless the owner puts one in afterwards.

@@cookmaster3626 Totally! Works out in your favour, sadly there is that Foregin Buyers Ban that has been extended but I believe it will eventually go away, just a matter of time.

This Unit sold over asking at $271,500 - Ps. For Calgary's inner city, condo fees between $500-600/month are the average and very hard to find anything lower unless it is of a significantly smaller size, with a significantly different building - ie. no underground parking, in-suite laundry or any extra amenities
