This really does echo 'The best things in life are free' with it's summery vibe which was the sound back then. The slow jazzy build up and then the mid tempo groove reminds me more of 'The Pressure' or 'Optimistic' from Sounds of Blackness' huge hits in '91. Nearly 30 years ago...it's crazy.
