I can tell you from experience that using a 'cold pack for 20 mins' (freezer pack stored in Fridge so it doesn't burn your skin etc) and wait a couple hours and do a warm damp towel,as hot as you can stand ,then wait 4 hours to chill again Will help.Don't over-excite the muscle and tendons by doing Ice,as it cuts blood flow and healing won't start.

Love that u actually ride ur bikes everyone with these nice bikes are pavment princesses and are barley ever rode
