This was first time for you guys..... My family and my neighborhood ( dhumbarahi area) is suffering from same thing for the past 4 years and no serious actions to prevent such case is being done....my mother literally has trauma from the experience that she can not sleep even if it drizzles for 5 minutes. So sad to see this happening and inside valley!!!!

We need to appeal the local government to take action against the construction company for its negligence and get compensation. My house gets flooded every year in monsoon due to the poor drainage. The water which has to out flow starts to inflow in my house due to heavy rain. Raat ko 12 baje bihana ko 4 baje we have to wake up to stop tht inflow from the pipe. When your house is drown u feel angry at the government system....u don't feel hunger. You feel unlucky why it's just mine house that gets flooded every year. U get angry at God for heavy rain. I was kid when this flood problem started now I m 30+years the problem is the same. Every year we complain to solve this problem. But nothing has improved and I don't think the local government will do any thing in coming 100yrs too.
Huge respect to all scouts. They literally came to clean all the houses faster than government.
We should rather pay taxe to those scout then to corrupted government who are good for nothing
