Target you can calculate from SAM.
Example : Collar Attaching process - 1.3 Minutes/collar. If a labour works 8 hrs (Excluding Break) then target is = (8X60)/1.3 = 369 Pcs/8 hours. @ 100% efficiency.
Actually output you have to count manually. Then compare your target vs actual . Based on comparison take actions to improve the production.
