Van Den Bergh made a new fan today. Chizzy is my favorite player and he lost. But Dimitri showed real class and sportsmanship along with Chizzy. Great game.

Chizzy vs Dimitri was hands down one of the best matches i've seen on live TV. Dimitri's scoring prowess and Chizzy's punishing wins were just so beautiful to look at. if only this was a final's game...
I have to say I almost fell asleep to that match.
It's worth you watching Price vs Bunting in the semi finals of the World Championship last year, hell of a match that was.

Callan Rydz... his double percentage was very good. He needed that at the start because he wasn't scoring well, but he kept improving and got a stunning result. Loved how he was hitting the bull on a regular basis!
Luke Humphries had plenty of opportunities but he missed a lot of them. That's been his weakness in the past. And you can't be doing that against Krzysztof Ratajski, who looked very good in that match in the first place.
I guess Jonny Clayton didn't fancy it tonight because he got dominated by Gerwyn Price in that one. The Iceman looks like he means business.
Dimitri and Dave... what an up and down match that was! I had no idea who was gonna come out on top in that one. Thoroughly enjoyed that one. Congrats to Dimitri for getting the 180 record in a Round 2 match. (Over to you, Jose.)

This night was absolutly magnificent, even tho all the guys i hoped to see win lost, they played very good, only a 9 darter could über it:)))
Sad that cross bottled it, had many chances to seal it early in the beginning.. was hoping that he could go deep because of his „easy“ draw. Although probs to rydz for an amazing comeback

and even then he threw a beautiful ton finish, yes he made a bit of hiccups but they were blown out by the fact that shizzy's finishes were straight up incredible!

Love that the commentators called out the croud in the ratajski vs humphries match. Just hold your mouth when a darter is concentrating
Ratajski actually was making noises to disturb Luke. Luke complained during the first break.
Ratajski is just better he won and thats all he s in top 13 in the ranking and humphries is nowhere near so thats all.

I always see Dave Chisnall playing great,but mostly losing, can't belive how he is still number 9 in the world
Semi finals at the worlds helps
He gets to quarters and semis quite frequently so the prize money adds up
Some players like Dave Chisnall do just enough in the year to retain their position. Like getting to the semis, quarters and even be runner-ups. I mean, look at James Wade. That guy has manage to stay like 7th for the longest time who is somehow now 4th which is the highest I've ever seen him at.
