Dean Nunziato I'm no expert but I believe a crank bait is a lure, a jig is a weight with a soft plastic lure attached and a drop shot is a type of rig. That's my guess.

I was hoping you could make a vid on braid and the reasons for it. I have always used mono 10 and 12 pound Berkeley of course and never had a problem. I have pulled in 25 pound king salmon on 12 pound. Keep fishing never stop.
I've caught 10+ pound Channel Catfish and 25+ pound Carp on size 12 hooks with 4-pound test. Maybe it's just because I'm from NJ, most of us tend to use ultra light gear for general fishing, it's usually what I use unless I'm directly targeting something big. Oddly enough, I've never had a small hook bend on me. Once they start getting to about 6 and up, that's when I've had them bend and break while I was fighting a fish.

Been watching videos for YEARS and always wanted to but never felt like I had what it takes. I feel for you when you only have a set time to fish and you do your best to make a video out of it. I don't think people understand how hard it is to film fishing. Actual Fishing. It's not like anything else... fish don't always bite and you can't always guarantee that fish are going to bite. It's like fly fishing for monster brown trout with tiny nymph flies! those small hooks set so well in the fishes mouth.
