But didn't she show the canvas the drawing, the canvas approved and then later pointed out something that was wrong with the drawing... while she had already started tattooing

@@mrpotat680 the issue was it didnt follow the rule of contrast they were going for, as well as it not really being neo traditional, another aspect of the challenge.
That Tattoo would turn into a black smudge in a year because the artist left waaay to little skin. Also while the concept is cool, the execution was bad, the proportions were off and everything was just too dark, stand 5 feet away from it and nothing would be recognizable in the tattoo
probably drama. its not uncommon for talent shows to add people of varying skill levels. it gives them a few sure scapegoats they can use to show off bad quality. its kind of human nature to gawk at bad things and they know it, for better or worse.

Stacy should have won for sure, it was a lot cleaner. On the other hand, I agree the teeth were too small, I guess because of the huge left eye, it was too big.
ok but the mechanical tattoo challenge when multiple artists were tattooing one canvas... how do those people sit there for that long without a break ?? that’s insane
I'm pretty sure they get breaks when it's longer than a certain period of time. The show just wants you to think the artists and canvases are straight tattooing for like 7-13 hours etc in one go. Passed contestants/canvases have said the time limits aren't real and the artists can have more time if they're not finished in such time frame. Its just for drama and to make the audience feel the tension and worry that time will run out before they're finished and be potentially eliminated. Like when they edit that the judges are standing there watching the entire time when they really come in for 5 min to do a walk around, film all their "you have x amount of time left" footage all at once and leave again lol
Breaks can make it hurt more. Sure you may need to use the bathroom and grab a drink, but having breaks in between tattooing can cause the skin to swell and is therefore more painfull. These people are probably also used to large tattoos

Ashley told her straight out that she had no experience with bikes. It then falls to the cavasbto quality controll the bike anatomy. Especially with all the custom work that was on the one she wanted. She didn’t even bring in a reference photo.
Dude, the guy with the tattoo of the Skull with the eye and the wing and the chopper. He deserved to stay in. I wish I had that tattoo. I’ve never seen anything like that
Yeah the judge was complaining about only one wing but failed to realize that the skull was decaying from left to right.
I actually love Stacey’s tattoo way more than Austin’s. Hers is so smooth and natural and appealing at the same time
Nunez literally looks like he is about to cry while doing this critique its heartbreaking
Which part?

Bob killed it. He was at the limit of the medium. Solid work. Better skin would have shown his work better. Better paper shows better watercolor.
As urueyuww we
Stacy has good tattoos they have more of biomechanics feeling rather than the other guy who just colored the skull that look like a alien
Those diagram tattoos look AMAZING I need one now
“He gave you a Puerto Rican flag” made me laugh!
I literally wouldn't say no to ANY of the tattoos in the last challenge.
which episode is it?
Honest question. How many seasons is Cleen in? Holy moly that guy is employed by Ink Masters at this point
4 seasons
He deserves it though
I think it's so funny how they edit Oliver Peck out and when he does speak, they won't show him
Stacey’s was way better in terms of the shading and general artistic ability, the other guys wasn’t nearly as interesting or real looking
I still wonder how Ashley made it on this show
probably drama. its not uncommon for talent shows to add people of varying skill levels. it gives them a few sure scapegoats they can use to show off bad quality. its kind of human nature to gawk at bad things and they know it, for better or worse.
ryan ashley? she has some of the best black and grey tattoos i’ve seen
@@Nutmeg916 she meant her 0:58
Yeah when the have people who have only been tattooing for 2 years on the show seems really horrible to whoever gets them as an artist

I love Cleen but lots of countries and states have red white and blue... gotta be careful there!
i immediately read it as the flag of puerto rico, with the one blue triangle star and thick red stripes. It doesnt read as America very well.
@@bechorahaguoru1757 You are 100% right. I had to pause it for a sec. It also a little looks like the texas flag in passing
He ruined it with “‘ ‘merica”🙄
I agree but cleen seems to be a well grounded guy....his work is quite tidy....and he does take pride in trying to do a good job no matter what is thrown his way....
I love it when Clean & Christian fight, its the tattoo artist version of the Odd Couple!
Nate was so infuriating that whole season
How he made it so far I will never know
10:58 i see you Peck!
Inkmaster running to edit this video and get rid of him 😂
What is the reason that they edit him out?

I feel like they judge off of personal preference and not off of actual precision. There are AMAZINGLY good tattoos that have sent people home because they’ weren’t a preferred style . Like Picasso . Picasso is one of the most unique tattoo artists I’ve ever seen .
15:51 "These rock formations..." Yikes, wasn't that supposed to be metal? 😬
27:37 is the coolest tattoo I’ve ever seen on Ink Master, bar none.
I like that typewriter tattoo so much!
Christian - "I run my machine better than you"
Clean - 'beats him in the final'
Christian - "💀"
Picasso was one of the best artists of the show. Everything he did was sick.
Picasso's biggest problem was time. He's a great artist, but his tattoos required more time than the competition allowed.
Yeah he was hampered by the time limit unfortunately. Thankfully that’s not an issue in the studio. I would looove to get a tattoo from him.
His art was levels above the competition.
The guy in the first set, who had to put darker tones in, clearly stated his thought process corresponding to his challenges, i thought it was really good and I hope it accounted for something :)
Stacy was robbed of that win. The color choice and layout of the other skull didn't look that good in my opinion.
Cleen got so mad about the hair thing lmao
Fragile masculinity at its finest
He was very gentle with it, but I think he was maybe a little embarrassed lol
I thought it was directed towards Stacy
Stacy, everything you did was better than the other guy, but we’ve arbitrarily decided you fo NOT have what it takes…. Okay.
I had to do a double take when Ryan Ashley was standing next to Gian. Either she’s incredibly tall or he’s incredibly short.
Pretty sure she’s tall. But it could be a bit of both
I literally said the same thing 😂
She also wears massive heels
Both are true. She is a tall person, he is lower average. And she LOVES a heel , good ol' Ryan
Ugh! It irritates my soul when the canvass get upset ... likes it’s a FREE tattoo . You volunteer!!!!😒
i'm pretty sure producers tell people to act things up or to exaggerate their emotions (and while i DO think people shouldn't complain to a degree i think some of the people had a legit reason to be upset. you at least expect it to look "okay" or decent and not flat out AWFUL, if that makes sense)
Exactly
Exactly right women...😎👍
He's right blown out or not that thing looked awesome I loved how each section of the body separates and in that separation it shows mobility

How did the girls not see there is 0 mechanical in their tattoo? Like I wiuldve asked to point out a single mechanical. It just looked like a skull in some scenery or some background. There's no mechanical component at all. How did they not see that? Or did they misinterpret? I'm so confused at how that could slip their mind
Even though that red skull isn't mech, still a awesome tattoo.
Picasso was dope ⚡️
