She is not eating Grass or chaara. it's an very common edible plant known as Dandelion. commonly used in salads, in most parts of the world.
This is his ignorance about a famous medicinal dandelion plant widely available all over Pakistan, yet he is saying she is eating grass and Kailash eat fodder. This is extremely embarrassing and unethical. Mr Adnan should seek pardon from Kailash people.
