"Live-In" was a short-lived (only 9 episodes) sitcom from 1989. Surprisingly, the show has a rather extensive Wikipedia page.
The basic premise of this sitcom was a suburban New Jersey family hires a comely young Australian as the live-in nanny for their baby.
