this might sound funny but just start with a baby wipe or damp cloth and see how it goes. if that doesn't work, any regular sneaker cleaning kit will work.

i think so - not a super lightweight shoe though so probably not for super long days if it is really hot!

It does give a little lift. nothing over the top but it definitely isn't a low rider
