HOMESCHOOL DAY IN THE LIFE: Homeschooling Preschool, Kindergarten, 2nd, and 4th Grade

We thought we were going to vlog our school day, but as with most homeschool days, plans changed...
And the kids took over the vlog.
We build a lot of flexibility into our schedule, preferring to work college-style instead of the usual "5 subjects a day" approach.
If grown ups benefit from deep work time, why wouldn't kids? And that's really not possible to accomplish if you're jumping between subjects - especially not with a bunch of kids (whether at home or in a classroom setting).
Today, all kids worked on math for varying amounts of time. Some spent more time on science, others spent more time on language arts, some covered social studies, some not at all...
And plenty of time was spent in creativity.
