The double bottom chart looks like every option to me. How did you differentiate that chart from flat bottom, U bottom and lower leg in the begining of the flat bottom on that chart. How did you know to look at the last two legs of the u bottom and not the first 3 legs that were forming new lows?
Third example is just a trend down. I do enter long off line but 3 ex is sketchy if not tight stop. I exit half orders at top of trendline if I anticipate it breaking. Always have to take profit at target then let others go for free and see what market gives.

i love the 20 MA Halt. I do like options though. This would probably be difficult to do using options. I know Oliver is not big on options.
