You missed quite a few, and most of the really scary ones too. Back in the day the fans could get really scary. Knives, broken bottles, even guns. There was a virtual brigade of older women fans back in the 50s and 60s commonly referred to as "Hat Pin Mary's", they were particularly loud and rambunctious fans usually sitting in the front row with a tendency to wear these elaborate hats that were in style back then held in place by these large pins, and some of these ladies, when they got particularly angry at the heel, would whip those pins out like D'Artagnan facing Rouchfort.

I remember back in WCW, Billy Kidman was entering the ring, and he was on the ropes showboating when fan came in form behind. Kidman didn't see him because he was facing the crowd, and the fan clotheslined him out of the ring.
There were a few more on WCW ...i recently saw two instances on Nitro and a PPV..in 1997 where they had fans try to run in the ring ..also fun fact ..theres a match where i think its luger walking away from the ring after wrestling macho man ..it shows a head shot of luger ( or whomever it was) walking away from the ring and you can see a fan bumrush macho man in the middle of the ring ..for a split second ..then the camera follows luger out ..i THINK it was luger and macho ..it may have been sting and hogan too tho ill have to rewatch to remember
