I never get tired of listening to Dr Chaffee’s logical, no nonsense and well reasoned information. Having ditched the carbs in 2019 and gone full Carnivore since 2021, life has never been better for this 63 year old, post menopausal woman. Gone are the days of IBS, high anxiety, hellish mood swings, dry skin, dry eyes etc etc and that was when I thought I was eating healthily! ie. Low fat high fibre.

Plants are meant to be used as medicine not for everyday consumption.
My grandmother would only use green plants and tree barks to treat us whenever we start getting sick. We need to also know that the more we keep digging up the soil and breaking up the natural soil structure just to grow poisonous vegetation then boost feeding them with the manipulation of manmade fertilizers is ADDING big time to not only soil errosion having all those unwanted nasties end up in our water killing ocean life etc., plus loosing the soil's natural occuring minerals that are supposed to nourish other animals and beneficial earth lives for the supply of oxygen and elimination of CO2.

I doubt it, the gov is burning the animals alive in their barns to deplete our meat/food supply! It disgusting, inhumane and monstrous!!!
The gov also allowed China to buy up a mega portion of our farmlands, even near military & nuclear facilities, because China pays them!
Then you have Bill Gates & Bezos buying up large portions as well! So we have fertile ground standing fallow as Gates & his genocidal plan move forward...
The GREAT RESET date is 2030, when China wants to rule the World & our gov is bought & paid by them! The Dems are basically Communists at this point.
Read the book by Klaus Schwab of same name. Listen to the WEF/UN speeches in Davos.

Man, I didn't know that grapes were toxic to cats..ugh. I used to buy local organic grapes and my cat would sit with me while I picked them off the stem and put them in a big bowl. I'd take a hard grape and throw it around for my cat to smack back to me so that we could play while I separated the grapes. He never ate any of them, but may have ended up getting some juice on him. But mostly, I'd roll the grape and he'd run after it and swat it back to me. So I guess it was ok. He's dead now, but that was about 5 years before he died. And yes, he died at 12, because I fed him expensive, "high quality" kibble since I didn't know about the carnivore diet yet. Love you, luna

Hi Anthony Chaffee: I must be the exception to all the testimonials that I have read and seen about Carnivore Lifestyle. Over the last 75 days since I started carnivore with BBB&E, I have been losing strength every day and increasing in dizziness to the point of almost falling over when standing. I don’t like it. I did not start carnivore to lose weight but to gain muscle, but I keep losing muscle and now memory. I am retired 76 year old male, standing 5’10”, weighing 150 lbs now (down from 160) with low blood pressure of 105/60, pulse 74, low fasting blood glucose of 5.6 (but sometimes as low as 4.9). Every morning I drink my vitamin C with water with 10 drops of Aussie minerals. I take vitamins A, B-12, B-complex, C, D3, E, Omega 3, multi vitamin, magnesium, and one slice of Honeyed Red Korean Ginseng, every day. I have lots of salt on my 4-egg midday meal and lots of salt on my evening meat {eaten with butter). I also take Hubner Milk Thistle for liver function, and I also drink water throughout the day. I sleep well with about 8 hours before getting up to pee. I do not drink alcohol, smoke, do drugs, or have any unhealthy habits, and consume almost no carbohydrates (except my ginseng slice). After my morning walk around the block, I work out on my Universal Gym Machine with 10 reps of 14 exercises in the circuit. I saw a video about the importance of fuel for the brain to avoid dementia (because my memory is getting worse every day), and that brain fuel comes from either Keytones or Carbohydrates. If you have any ideas what I am doing wrong, I would appreciate knowing about same. I am almost ready to give up on carnivore because it is making me worse than before I started, and for me it does not seem to work. Thank you, GarryAnderson@shaw.ca.

Hi grant, I tried lots of supps, salt and butter. Terrible potty time that was wearing me out. Maybe give a break on the supplements and eggs and salt. I grill hamburger patties and cool them in the fridge. No extra salt. Eaten cold, three patties three times a day. Not exciting but effective. If hamburger gives you a histamine response, try venison/elk found online. The lion diet is eliminating taxes on your biological systems. Many supplements are chemically derived. You won't become deficient in 30 days, especially since you've been diligent with your protocol. Alleviate any extra effort on your system. You have mentioned you are retired, instead of the ginseng....just go without and relax for awhile. The sugar spike from the slice keeps your insulin just high enough to keep you out of any beneficial ketosis/ autophagy....but too low to carry you enough to function throughout your day. The processes of gloconeogenisis, genisis=(making) gluco=sugar) is what happens in the body when you are at a deficit of sugar/carbs and your body coverts protein to sugars the body can use endogenously. You body coverts protein to sugar to feed your muscles and brain in the absence of the stuff that spikes your insulin. It's from our caveman days....when we didnt land a kill or during winter with no roots and fruit...this was our periodic detox. The fact that our bodies can do this without damage and as often as the situation requires, leads me to believe this is the missing link to our modern day sickness society. Just take a break, simplify...and stop the supplements and candied ginseng. You have reserves of vitamins (most derived from chemicals) trapped in tissues. Don't worry. Just relax and clean out. Protein is important in aging, times. The fat when the meals are chilled is easier to assimilate. It you are craving the candied ginseng take a bite (a bite) of a stick of frozen butter. That ginseng is not helping. Whatever you think for energy and longevity is totally negated right now but the insulin spike that is barely keeping you hanging on. The supplements are taxing, instead of helping your filtration systems. Just give your body a clean slate and a break. The cavemen didn't have vitamins and exotic supplements. Just get to your roots for alittle while and do more research. Relax, keep it simple and when you get rid of the exogenous stuff, your body will tell you what it wants. It's just getting too much artificial information and work to do to fully reboot. Go lion diet. No supps, no candied ginseng ( very potent plant) just salt to taste and clean water. Best wishes and many blessings, hope this helps. This is not Dr. Chaffee's channel. I suggest you find his and ask there. He also does consultations as he doesn't answer TH-cam comments unless you are very early in the comments that day. I would suggest save the money from the vitamins and supplements and get a consult. Sent with love.

Also, watch his video plants are trying to kill you. Ginseng and milk thistle ARE POTENT plants. You don't have bad habits, don't use strong plants to detox anything you don't have. Plants are medicinal in short bursts at the smallest dose needed. If they have no work to do, they, in themselves, become the poison. Much love.

Jesus ate meat and fish. God sent Elijah meat to eat. All people are to eat meat. Cows etc can eat plants then man can eat the cow. Man does not have 4 stomachs. The appendix is a leftover organ from the beginning and so now people should eat meat. Simple to understand. Just read God's Word in the Bible.
