Can't wait to see what you could do with a HD camera...I rode these rails for a bit of time in the 90's when I worked on 449-448 to Chicago. I had the pleasure of riding in the headend a bunch of times. I worked in the lounge car/diner. It was a nice ride.
Yea it sounds alot like the S5T. Most of the NS SD40-2s that roll around where I live carry S5Ts or RS5T. The RS5T is such a low pitched horn that its actually scary sounding lol. I was night railfanning and heard one of em and it scared me cuz it was really out of tune and sounded like a trumphet note out of a horror movie lol. Great video, man.

It's Actually A Nathan M3 Air Horn. It Sounds Similar To A S5T.
