Man you made my day. I haven't heard the whole album in decades I suppose, but in the early '70s you could find me listening to this and all their other albums. That first song, "Procession" is about the beginning of human life, communication, and music, evolving with every change, and up through the musical history, through the harpsichord, organ and settling on the glorious mellotron. The second song is a popular favorite. All their songs are either good or great. On to part the second!

Procession - a Moodies -story of Genesis or LSD or - so cool........ not my favorite album of theirs - very wall of sound - almost muddy mix - and something about an air of melancholy permeates the compositions.

Its about music evolving,not LSD,they had passed that short phase a few years earlier😊
