when u are a soldier it means that u have accepted to die but kenyans they dont want to die so u can see too much police running from side to side and they dont show u even one of the attacker killed or captured, when something happens and u call the police , they will come after like 40 to 60 minute later while the criminal already left bcz the police dont want to fight and die that is why u can see vedio and not being shown attackers captured, how can an enemy attack a country and not killed or captured, they usually capture innocents but its important to acept death once u are a soldier u can defend any kind of criminal from escaping

The public don’t need this information while theres still an active scene of crime... so unprofessional...someone needs to Properly teach our press on how to handle such incidences... first their safety is on the line, second they are providing the attackers with first hand tactical intelligence, third they are an obstruction to the police and the paramedics.
I think there should be a law on this as well..

such a saddening situation/ news but somebody's has to learn then teach Kenyans on how to work with coordination cause it is pretty clear as bad as the situation was, how people from journalists to the police, everyone was just doing their own things that they shouldn't have been doing. I have seen/ watched so many moments guys in the video were messing up big time, instead of being calm and collected. The police should be taught how to handle critical situations like professionals with control and authority to safeguard the lives of Kenyans.
But I must say they did a good job.

This exercise should have been left only to recce squad special forces to execute it with precision and less interference, with KDF special forces providing cover. Others including journalists should be dragged away from the scene. They make the rescue to have unecessary commotion and making the exercise itself difficult while risking their lives by moving helter skelter.
    Someone to control them please.

The first badge of armed civilian men you see responded from Australian embassy which is 100 metres away from the hotel complex. They were joined by privatised civilians who are licensed in Kenya if you are licensed to carry firearms you're a police reservist by default and during such emergency times you must respond if you're near that place while alerting the police. Later on we can see Recce squad of GSU these are specialized police in helping in such kind of situations. The police you're seeing outside guarding and moving around are common Kenya police. Media is a big letdown in this scenario but kudos Recce for neutralizing the terrorists I have graphic images of these terrorists

There is no line of command, no synchronized radios or commands.

What such a chaos? Hopefully, after the international sees the videos, they will come in help to Kenya Force since they are completely unprepared, unorganized and malfunction.
I wonder if they know what the attackers look like? How many were they? How to avoid they escape with the public after wearing civil clothes? Did they have a plan of the building? A plan of attack? Every single sergeant, captain, lieutenant, colonel, General and president were there to give others. To come with individual, uncoordinated strategy that may works by lucks since the attackers were not that much aggressive.
    Who gives order here?
How to make a difference between a police officer and an armed personal from the hotel.
Anyone could have got himself killed by another police unit.
    Too much talking.
    Too many civilians.
My heart goes with those who are affected. I will keep praying the real Lord for them. Jesus.

This video is not right to show in public, what is the importance of this? I might not be a security expect but this will help the terrorists learn the loops whole. I have never ever seen any coverage on any battle field media covering everything happening.
