Every player starts off terrible. They play All Star and say "this challenge is neigh impossible, truly only the very best can master it." They then discover the competitive scene and forget about all the silly "casual" game modes. It takes months, years even: First they lose, then they win, and at last they get gud. At this point their movement is impeccable, blessed by a thousand PPs. Their punishes efficiently crush stock after stock like a m2k who doesn't know he's about to win Summit. And with all the wokeness of post-doc Melee the game is played in a manner best described by "as lame as it takes". The player at this point is rightfully confident of their abilities: There is no challenge they can't overcome.. except..

@@NessKwik0 yes imo. Classic mode is the best of the worst, small changes have made it feel worse than before. All Star mode is just endless smash with opponents that die at 30-40%. Home run contest is just stupid because being able to have 2 players at once, not as good as melee's. 100 man smash and cruel smash are practically the same. World of Light is too long for what the gameplay is(repetitive). No events, no break the targets, no smash run, rewards suck. Its awful because ultimate *offline* is great, but not so much when you are alone.

@ the editor. Tbh i dont think the few edits you did (zoom on plup’s face, or the slow mo) are necessary. What could be cool is having a Run count at the bottom. Or at least at the end, mention how many tries it took or how long it look.
