Icy Morning Plane Spotting at Liverpool John Lennon Airport | 2nd January 2021

First (and likely last for a while) spotting compilation of 2021, and rather fittingly, it's from my local, Liverpool. Over the Christmas period I purchased a Sony DSC HX400V Bridge camera in an effort to ramp up the quality of the content for the new year. Despite on this occasion with my forgetting to switch it from 25fps to 50fps. I was astounded with the quality, especially shooting into the sun. That being said I'm still getting used to filming with it & the semi new tripod so there are a few shakes and judders in this video, it's definitely got a lot of potential though!
This was a lovely and surprisingly busy few hours at Liverpool with plenty of Ryanair and easyJet movements including two Neo's & the Holidays livery on G-EZOA. Plenty of General Aviation action about as well!

Brings back memories of some 8+ years ago. I did my PPL training here from the now defunct flying school who's portacabin you can see at 0:20. Good quality video as always.
