Jednostka Wojskowa GROM is the name of the Polish Special Forces Unit based in Warsaw & Gdańsk. When I saw the ships name that's what the name reminded me of immediately.
I got the entire early release line of the euro dd split. They're all fun little fire starters but they really excel when you get radar at split and katsonis. Their torpedos are definitely not your primary weapons, and they really screw you at katsonis with the butterfly launchers
Merry Christmas Spartan and everyone else. ORP Grom, lead ship of her class, her sister was ORP Błyskawica. Grom means Thunderbolt She was laid down in cowes, uk on 17 July 1935, commissioned into the polish navy on 11th May 1937. She with her sister Błyskawica and another polish destroyer Burza were ordered to Britain on 30th August 1939. Where she and the other destroyer were assigned to escort duty. She earned a reputation during her time in the Norwegian Campaign where she used to harass german coastal defences. However during a run on Narvik on 4th May 1940 she was attacked by an He 111 and was struck by two bombs, she sunk shortly after. Two more ships would carry on the name Grom, a soviet destroyer and the currently still serving ORP Grom, a Orkan-class fast attack ship.
With the new weekly assignments everyone is always stealing kills WG needs to add damage based kills it's annoying doing all work and someone else gets the profit
Yeah never understood why they didn't add that with the assist ribbon if you did most of the damage and someone finishes it off within a certain amount of time you should get the kill and they should get the assist like how it works in most fps games. The amount of Kraken medals I have lost because of stolen kills is ridiculous.
@@gokuismymom8553no such thing as a stolen kill. The fault lies with you being unable to secure the kill. Personally, im happy to take most of the xp instead of a pointless kill
Katsonis is fantastic as well on that line. But my favourite Pan European ship is Ostergotland. I dont know why I like it, but i just do. I shouldn’t like It because it goes completely against my playing style. But i just do. I think it's superb 👌
Didn't like Grom much at first as I thought it was a downgrade from the Stord but it has quickly made me change my tune cause the guns hit like a truck they just reload so slow that they kinda felt bad at first.
Wargaming needs to change how you cant just switch out your inspirations with out useing commander xp or playing the 5 battles, what is wargaming thinking.
I didn't find it all that odd, after all it's a Polish destroyer. Grom is a term that is used to reference the Polish Special Forces. They're very good at what they do.
Grom means Thunderbolt. All polish Dd's takes their names from weather like Błyskawica= Lightning, Burza=Storm, Wicher=Tempest, Orkan or Piorun= Thunder
Great video... Merry Christmas Spartan.
Thanks, you too!
Worth mentioning one of the rear turrets rotates in 360 degrees so you can expect to have at least 5 guns pointed toward the opponent.
Nice line it is indeed, working my way trough it atm. I do like the euro DD's a lot.
Have a Merry Christmas yourself too!
Not a bad little boat. Merry Christmas Spartan!
To you as well
Merry Christmas mate, keep up the good work 👌
Same to you

Same to you!
I may need to revisit that tech line on my next outing
They are so good
It's easy to counter though just like the gunboat lines
Happy Christmas 🎄 🎁 💓
Same to you!
Been having this for months now.
With the new weekly assignments everyone is always stealing kills WG needs to add damage based kills it's annoying doing all work and someone else gets the profit
So true
ABSOLUTELY usually hiding cruisers
Lol you don't get rewarded for stealing kills

Spartan question, why use sims on Missouri? I thought New Jersey commander was the strongest? I use her on Georgia. What’s your opinion on the two?
I prefer better accuracy and hp
Neither,I use azur lane Colorado
I say this because you have to be farther than 10 km for her skill to work, and spartan gets in close and let's them have it
Merry Christmas spartan any tips for the agir
To you as well.
Agir is solid just gotta balance your aggression and pick your fights on your terms

Marry Christmas. I asked ole Saint Nick for you to play a Napoli secondary build.
to you as well
Ggs as always spartan....I'm still sadly just not a dd skipper lol😅😂
Only way to learn is to try

Reload slow?.. this thing is a bonafide problem
Do engine boosts affect acceleration?
Yes
nice

Hi
Hi
Do the p Heinrich Spartan
Odd name for a ship😂
Thank God this ship is not from a New Zealand navy. 😅
I didn't find it all that odd, after all it's a Polish destroyer. Grom is a term that is used to reference the Polish Special Forces. They're very good at what they do.
It could be even far far worse if it was Finnish.
Grom means Thunderbolt. All polish Dd's takes their names from weather like Błyskawica= Lightning, Burza=Storm, Wicher=Tempest, Orkan or Piorun= Thunder
Fortunately x9
Unfortunately x12
