- There are airlines in the world that we don't hear about that often, although their offer is better than many others that we hear about more often. I think that with Saudia I have managed to find an airline that stands out from the grey average and that can offer something better than most. The exceptional friendliness of their cabin crew in their nice uniforms, the relaxing sand-coloured cabin, and the different approach to food service are all that make it special. All this is already true for economy class and the offered service is definitely more "fresh" compared to Western airlines, and it can compete very well with Middle Eastern ones (like Emirates, Etihad, Oman Air etc.) too. The innovative food options and the unmistakable attention of the cabin crew are convincing. In addition, the Saudia Al Fursan Business Lounge at Jeddah International Airport is exceptional in both design and interesting offerings. But it is best to see it all for yourself in the video I have prepared.
The airport in Jeddah and the terminal lounge inside it look absolutely gorgeous !

Thanks to bring us on your flight with Saudia , I'm still in doubt if I'm going to book with them, it's a completely new one for me, I flight with Etiad,Emirates,Quatar Airways, I dont now the ground service wen I most change a flight etc Prices are verry good from AMS to BKK via Jeddah

I love Jeddah Airport just been back on Saudia from Bangkok ,I don`t know why you eat ,so much food on the flight but here we go .
Food on board is better sometimes :)

There are 2 lounges, business class lounge which business class passengers or economy passengers who are SkyTeam Elite+ or economy passengers who pay entrance fee (around $55) can access, and first class lounge which first class passengers or business class passengers with SkyTeam Elite+ status can access.
Sorry man, one question: you've travelled with Saudia, economy class, landing in jeddah, and while waiting for another flight you had the access to the lounge with free food and drink (not alcolic, of course) ?
Yes, I did. I entered the lounge with my Skyteam Elite Plus loyalty level with one of the SkyTeam airlines. You can also purchase the entrance to the lounge and I think is around $50 per person.
Do you need to pay to enter the lounge if you are flying at economy class?
You can pay appx. 52 USD or you can use your SkyTeam Elite status (if you have one with any of the SkyTeam airlines).
Saudia is the best airlines in the world.
Are you allowed to take the headphones with you after landing?

I’m not sure if it said “property of Saudia” on the packing. I’m not sure. But are not sich great quality that you would want too. Buy yourself a active noise canceling headphones and take it with you.

Yes, you can enter, even if you don't have a loyalty Elite status with one of the SkyTeam programs. It will cost you 168 SAR if my information is correct, which is appx. $45

Yes, you can. It will cost you $52 or so per person.

@@gamemamasureyya7271 Hi! You pay tha lounge entrance fee at the lounge entrance. Booking beforehand is not possible. If you’re planning to sleep in the lounge, I would rather suggest you to book the airport hotel. Also, the airport hotel cannot be booked beforehand but on the spot.
Was looking at flying Saudi from London to Bangkok but the layovers are 5 hours both ways , no thanks .
Maybe they will sort that out in the future .
with boarding and disembarking you are only 3 hours at the airport and can eat or drink something
Having a minimum 3 hour layover is a must for me, just in case the flight getting me there is running a bit late. I'd much rather have to kill time waiting for a flight than have to literally run to it because my previous flight wasn't on time.

@@MissXixi-qc9sy Yes, there is an aiport hotel with 120 rooms (see official airport website www.kaia.sa) and there are benches, a lot of them and also in places far away from people, but are not comfortable
@@got2flyfar i saw it in their website. Just the problem is, i cant book the hotel online from the website. Kinda abit confusing. I hope i can book directly from the airport counter once i arrive there.
Will arrive jeddah in the midnight from Manchester, and my next flight to Malaysia is 10.30am. Really need some rest and shower😅

Buenas quiero volar con Ellos a Bangkok, pero me da un poco de miedo la escala en Jeda...escuché algo de que las mujeres tenemos que separarnos de los hombres para el control y las salas de espera y Voi con mi pareja y me da un poco de miedo separarnos....
No está mal. El control de seguridad se hace en dos colas separadas: las mujeres a la derecha y los hombres a la izquierda. La razón es probablemente que las mujeres no quieren ser tocadas por los policías/seguridad masculinos. En la seguridad, a veces es necesario tocarse. La razón por la que sé esto es porque una vez cambié de asiento en un vuelo interno en Omán con una pasajera que me pidió que lo hiciera, y entonces una mujer de Omán tuvo que sentarse a mi lado que no quiso hacerlo y pidió a la FA que manejara la situación.
Las dos colas del control de seguridad están tan cerca que tú y tu compañero os veréis todo el tiempo. Cuando termine el control de seguridad, volveréis a estar juntos. Ya no estaréis separados hasta vuestro destino. Así, mientras esperáis el avión, no estáis separados y podéis explorar el aeropuerto juntos.

Saudi airline has many flaws with their website and app, I tried to book a flight on their website using muli-city options, so I can stay a week in Jeddah and then continue my journey, I put all information on the three segments of the trip and when I press continue it gives me a massage that there is no available flight on those days even if I change all the dates I get the same message, so I download their app, but the multi-city option will only give flight 1 and flight 2 only, there is no option to add more flights. So it's depressing.
It may be some restrictions re the tickets. They maybe excluded such tickets to be sold. Did you try kiwi which will give you more travel hacks options?
