I find the most interesting part of the Betty/Barney Hill case to be the fact that the US Air Force dedicated a plaque at the site of their abduction which is still standing to this day from what I understand. They thought this encounter marked something historic to some extent. Perhaps it represented a "first" in some capacity and they marked it for posterity. I would like to know the full story on the decision-making process that led the the plaque being erected.
38:36 is one of THE most epic views I have ever seen Now ideally the team should set up there with long long range viewers and thermals for two weeks and film everything I bet you would get orbs, UAP, Dogman and Sasquatch. Slam dunk!
I have NEVER commented about background music on videos before but on this video - i have to say that i agree with others that the music is TOO loud!! I had a hard time hearing what was said between the group at times. I seriously don't mind background music in videos until it gets to the point that it drowns out whats being said or just enjoying the awesome scenery! I absolutely love your videos & really appreciate the time you put into giving the history of a place before you continue with whatever you are currently looking into !! I am looking forward to many more interesting videos from you !!
Just watched this episode and I am well and truly hooked to your channel. I live in the UK and seeing your abandon explores really intrigues me so you have another subscriber. Can’t wait for the next video this one was awesome thank you 👻🐸💀
What really saddens me is all the graffiti and overall vandalism. The fact someone even tried to burn one of the buildings down. People have no respect for something so old that once served a major purpose. And it's hard to believe given how remote the base is and it's access requiring a good trek to get to it.
Well, we don't know for sure that anyone tried to burn that structure down. They could have made a fire for whatever reason and lost control of it... point is we don't know
Really enjoyable presentation to watch. Very successful in re-engaging the viewer to see once more a 70 yo subject. I guess it does so by not only showing it in renewed images but also by adding new bits of possibilities to be considered.
Congratulations Small Town Monsters, that was one of the best filmed UAP videos I've watched. Definitely grabs at all of our sence to adventure. The link between the Betty and Barny Hill abduction to the site was great research🤙
i had no problem hearing-when they were addressing the audience they toned it down! this was a great video! love that they took the time to share this intriquing history! you chose a perfectly beautiful day too! WOW! good job fellas!👍
North Concord Air Force Station was integrated into the larger Pine Tree Line, one of three early warning lines in North America. These lines included the DEW Line, the Mid-Canada Line, and the lowest-latitude line, the Pine Tree Line. These Air Force radar stations were connected to the first-of-its-kind real-time strategic battle computer, known as the Semi-Automatic Ground Environment Air Defense System (SAGE). This system played a critical role in the U.S. early warning defense network during the Cold War, constantly monitoring Soviet bomber activity across the Arctic. Interestingly, the Soviet Union developed its own counterpart system, starting with 'Dnestr' and later evolving into the 'Daryal' radar network, designed to detect incoming missiles and bombers from NATO countries. I wonder what else those Cold Warriors witnessed during that heady period of history-all while being a hair-trigger away from nuclear Armageddon... Great video, guys! :) It was good meeting you Aleks. I love reading about the Cold War. And thanks for the pointers with the channel. -Kevin (RCR)
Very awesome and insightful comment, appreciate that very much Kevin! Thanks for stopping by and glad you enjoyed the video about such a fascinating site. -Aleks
It just beyond belief how the vandals and taggers destroy as much as possible, it seems to happen in many different locations. I guess they believe it is their mission in life to do these things.

This was incredible Alex, I loved it! Thanks guys for what you do, y'all are awesome! Be safe out there. Love you guys. Watching from N. E. Alabama

I live about 2 hours west. I didn't know there was a Base there... I've only seen a few UFO's here in the 20 years I've lived here... When I Lived in Ventura California I would see UFOs daily...
The Calumet Air Force Station in Michigan's Upper Peninsula is a similar radar station which is now open for tours. It's a really fascinating place to visit, although it's not in much better condition than this one.
The funniest recollection Betty told during hypnosis was when the alien stated tugging at Betty's teeth ... She was like ... What are you doing 😶? The alien had not understood Barney had dentures ...😂 she was laughing and had to explain what they were 😁
The Government sure knows how to waist money! This facility should have been repurposed for astronomical observations an observatory and a radio telescope facility.
That TRULY is god's country up there. That view, the sunset and sunrise would just bring tears to my eyes. And that night sky my god it's like you could touch it. We need to appreciate this earth we call home and all it's beauty that it brings. And treat it with more respect than we do. It's like my mom used to tell me before she passed away from cancer 2yrs ago. Were just a small speck of sand in all of this creation that we see around us. And you know what mom you were right.
At 39:28 that is a heater the pipes are either natural gas or LP gas. I thought you did a video on this place before? Years ago a soldier based at the Dew line and East Mtn. was on a radio program, I don't remember what program but he hated the dew line and loved East Mtn. don't remember much else. I think I heard it while driving between Escanaba and Chicago area, I made the drive many times years back and AM radio still worked most places.
Great work. It's seems like you could be a bit clearer about the fact that you can record anything you can see from public spaces. I know it came up near the end. I just think that point should be driven home a bit more. You guys are awesome! Keep it up.
The American government and the American military complex knew way back in the 1940s that these were extraterrestrials in UFOs and now they have successfully back-engineered alien technologies and have their own anti-gravity crafts. I believe they made significant advances in the 1980s with this technology and it’s gotten way better over the last 4 decades.
Ive known about the Hill's story since the early 80s and shocked this old radar base saw the same ufo just a couple hours before they did! And they didnt know what it was.
As somebody who grew up in New Hampshire I too heard about the Betty and Barney Hill encounter quite a bit and wasn’t familiar with the radar base story until fairly recently. I’m glad I was able to cover that possible connection in this doc! -Aleks
A great video but a cautionary note. These old buildings and newer were constructed with copious quantities of Asbestos in all forms and it sure looked like, there were possibly remnants in the insulations, floor and ceiling tiles etc. Take a good quality mask with you next time as it only takes a little of the stuff to cause big problems. What views though, outstanding and thanks.
I kinda recognise this place? I think I saw in a video a few years ago I think it was a couple of TH-camrs to do with urban explorers called "off the beaten track" I think that's who they were called and I think they actually camped out on top one of those radomes, but I don't think they even knew about how it had anything to do with an UFO incident all they were there for was just to do was explore the abandoned buildings.

I believe that America, as a continent, still has things hiding in it, much of it is unexplored, unlike Europe, where we've explored our continent fairly well. Russia is also fairly unexplored, but not to the degree of America, at least it doesn't feel like it's as unexplored. So things "hiding" in America doesn't surprise me at all
