There are no silly questions.🙂 I'm on a Mac and I can connect my phone two different ways. 1. I connect it via a USB or UCB C cable to the Mac, then open the app QuickTime on the Mac. Next select File>Movie Recording and choose the iPhone screen. Start the recording and then use the phone as usual. 2. I can also use an app called Reflector 4 on the Mac and then use the screen share settings on my phone to connect it to the Mac. Either method will let me record what's on my phone screen and save it to the computer. Hope that helps!
Hi there! I recently found your channel and I absolutely love it! Your tutorials are so concise and easy to follow. I realize this tutorial is from a few months back and Canva has had some updates but I have a question. I don’t find the feature to send to your phone, has that been removed? and also, I have tried to make a sticker like this with a face and a word bubble saying hello or a heart with the main image but when I go to to upload the image to a text it will only save the main image as a sticker but not the other one (like the word bubble or heart), you were able to use a sticker with 3 images….what am I doing wrong? Would you please advise? Thank you!
The option to share to phone should still be there, even with the new update. It's possible that your icons are in a different order than mine so just click the search box and look for it. As for the sticker, try maybe grouping your elements before downloading them. And don't forget to save as transparent PNG.🙂
@@thecreativekatstudio Thank you so much for your quick reply! I've been using my iPad to follow your tutorials😁 after I read your message I went to my laptop and the share to phone option is there. I hadn't realized my iPad would be a mobile device as well. I tried grouping and saving as transparent and still cannot save both items as 1 sticker though. Could it be because I'm trying to use it on a text and not Instagram? I will keep trying with other graphics to see if it works. I really appreciate your help. THANK YOU! I appreciate you.
@@raquelnavarro4241 stickers don’t work quite the same way on a text as they do for social media posts, so yes that’s possible. Something else you can try, with your design open in Canva, click on Apps in the sidebar and search for Design to Image. This will allow you to save your design as a png right within Canva without having to download. Once that’s done (it will show up in your uploads folder), add that new image to a page. Then download it and see if that works for your texts. Make sure when you use the Design to Image app that you choose transparent background.
This original video was done a year ago and Meta has made a few changes since then… Make sure you’re on mobile when using Facebook stories. Load your story image (or video), then click on the sticker face icon at the top. You’ll then see an option to “add a photo”. Tap on it and select the sticker from your camera roll to add it to the story.
You can!😃 But in order to have it as transparent you’ll need to use a 3rd party site called unscreen. That will remove the background since at this time you can’t download videos with transparent backgrounds in Canva.
I'm so sorry, I missed your comment. You can add them to Facebook by clicking on the "sticker" option and then choosing photo. Then just select it from your device.
I'm a fairly new subscriber but i must tell you that you are by far the most helpful Canva teacher I've watched. Thank you so much!
Aww thank you so much! I'm so glad to hear it's helping you!❤
The tip about the QR code is great!! Thank you. Big timesaver.

how can I add a sticker so it can be used in a comment on a post?
@@pattylynch-independentprin6323 When you post these in comments they won't be categorized as stickers, they will just show up as regular PNG images.
Thanks you great caterday videos nice and short. Just a silly question how do you show and connect the phone on the computer.

@@thecreativekatstudio Thanks a lot
Hi, thanks for this great tutorial. Can I add my stickers for facebook or messenger comments as well? I couldn't find the way how.
Unfortunately no, this won’t work in messenger as a sticker. But you can use it as a photo and just add it from your camera roll.
@@thecreativekatstudio Thank you!

Is it possible to add them to Facebook Messenger?
Unfortunately no. You can't really add to the messenger stickers. You could however save the file as an animated GIF and upload that in messenger.
What is the size of the page that you’re using in Canva?
You can use any size you want, but in this example I’m using a 1080 x 1080 size.
Does not work. Tried to add sticker to facebook stickers and only takes me to sticker store. No way to add my own sticker.
