120 monthly contributions ang basehan ng SSS. Puwede magbayad ng maximum contributions every month para makamit ang maximum pension na at least 18,000 + a month upon retirement. Especially the last 5 years before retirement, dapat i-max out na ang monthly contributions para malaki laki ang makuha ang monthly pension upon retirement.

@@amateurfil ..No I don't think so. The SSS has a method of calculations that makes all your contributions spread out through your working life. If you stop earlier than your actual retirement age, you'll received a smaller pension than if you keep contributing until your last year of working.

@@antemagundayao6136 wow that is around P50K+ saya naman nyan, here in the Philippines the highest compensation is P20K+, but since the rate of payment changed every year you'll get stucked with the same compensation range, say I paid P300 last year and plan to pay higher this year which is P350 but since the table changed as of 2021 where P350 is the minimun payment I will have to pay P350 because you are not allowed to jump payment rates specially if you are voluntary member so I am stuck with the minimun compensation range if next year the payment will increase then I won't be able to get my desired compensation rate because the payment increase so your compensation will decrease. But if I stop and the payment rate increase per year by the time I am 60 probably the minimun payment is already 2K with only below 3K compensation or probably much lower. Only SSS corrupt officials gets all the benefits.

Sir, my Brother in law doesnt anymore but had SS contribution to his employer. He stopped working again before he Turner 65th and had Lian with SSA. Im now helping him wit his contribution in order to meet his obligation by contributing again till he the 10 quarters. He is now 69 yrs old and has few years to complete the remaining yrs.in order to collect pension . He is doing this contribution per order/ instruction of the SSA Thank you for any advice!

I was so disgusted when I received a minimal sss pension after working abroad for a number of years. when I updated my SSS 13 YEARS AGO ABROAD, I was not even explain of the bracket for I thought that when I continuosly paid my sss i was complacent that everything is ok when I retire that my sss pension is around 9,000 to 10,000 monthly, I was taken aback and very much disappointed for it was even below 4,000 which is useless for me. Now, even if I wanted to change the monthly contribution to make it higher lampas na ako sa retirement. So what i am just awaiting and hopeful for the granting of proposed 8,000 to 10,000 monthly pension bill of the three senators grace poe, angara and Olikba Binay that is pending for senate deliberation. the best billl is the one filed by Olikba Binay because it covers all senior citizens receiving a minimal sss pension and thosie who entriely are not entitled to gov't pension.The govt must act on this because we are one of the few country's who is not well protected in terms of pension as you grow old. The U.S.A. Australia,Japan, etc. if you are in your years of aging, you are secured and protected.
That is why po it is always good to have a separate "investment" outside SSS. We really DO NOT know where our money is invested and how much it has grown. The problem in the Philippines is financial literacy is not being taught in school. But the good thing today is very accessible na po ang mga investment vehicles sa mga ordinaryong mamamayan without using large capital. Meron po tayong VUL, UITF, mutual funds, and even can invest in US stocks. We can even use GCash to invest in UITF and mutual funds for as low as P50. We just need to educate ourselves specially the younger ones and develop the habit of saving and investing. Relying on the Philippine government is "suntok sa buwan" unfortunately.

As long na alam po nnyo ang sss number nya dito sa pinas malalakad po nnyo iyan. I prepare po nnyo ang mga supporting papers. Tulad ng ginawa po namin sa byenan ko na member din sss dito for 3yrs plus lng pero U.S. citizen sya ng mamatay sya dito sa pinas, nakakuha kmi ng burial plus death benefit/lump sum. Nauna yung burial benefit pero inabot ng 5mos yung death benefit. Mag Inquire din po kyo sa sss ofc near you dito sa pinas for more info.

@@antemagundayao6136 wow that is around P50K+ saya naman nyan, here in the Philippines the highest compensation is P20K+, but since the rate of payment changed every year you'll get stucked with the same compensation range, say I paid P300 last year and plan to pay higher this year which is P350 but since the table changed as of 2021 where P350 is the minimun payment I will have to pay P350 because you are not allowed to jump payment rates specially if you are voluntary member so I am stuck with the minimun compensation range if next year the payment will increase then I won't be able to get my desired compensation rate because the payment increase so your compensation will decrease. But if I stop and the payment rate increase per year by the time I am 60 probably the minimun payment is already 2K with only below 3K compensation or probably much lower. Only SSS corrupt officials gets all the benefits.

Sir, my Brother in law doesnt anymore but had SS contribution to his employer. He stopped working again before he Turner 65th and had Lian with SSA. Im now helping him wit his contribution in order to meet his obligation by contributing again till he the 10 quarters. He is now 69 yrs old and has few years to complete the remaining yrs.in order to collect pension . He is doing this contribution per order/ instruction of the SSA Thank you for any advice!

I was so disgusted when I received a minimal sss pension after working abroad for a number of years. when I updated my SSS 13 YEARS AGO ABROAD, I was not even explain of the bracket for I thought that when I continuosly paid my sss i was complacent that everything is ok when I retire that my sss pension is around 9,000 to 10,000 monthly, I was taken aback and very much disappointed for it was even below 4,000 which is useless for me. Now, even if I wanted to change the monthly contribution to make it higher lampas na ako sa retirement. So what i am just awaiting and hopeful for the granting of proposed 8,000 to 10,000 monthly pension bill of the three senators grace poe, angara and Olikba Binay that is pending for senate deliberation. the best billl is the one filed by Olikba Binay because it covers all senior citizens receiving a minimal sss pension and thosie who entriely are not entitled to gov't pension.The govt must act on this because we are one of the few country's who is not well protected in terms of pension as you grow old. The U.S.A. Australia,Japan, etc. if you are in your years of aging, you are secured and protected.

That is why po it is always good to have a separate "investment" outside SSS. We really DO NOT know where our money is invested and how much it has grown. The problem in the Philippines is financial literacy is not being taught in school. But the good thing today is very accessible na po ang mga investment vehicles sa mga ordinaryong mamamayan without using large capital. Meron po tayong VUL, UITF, mutual funds, and even can invest in US stocks. We can even use GCash to invest in UITF and mutual funds for as low as P50. We just need to educate ourselves specially the younger ones and develop the habit of saving and investing. Relying on the Philippine government is "suntok sa buwan" unfortunately.

Sir vince,paano po yng sa husband ko,matagal na po sya nag hulog sa sss ng ns company sya,since 1990up to 2002,naistop sya kc inatake,wala nakapagpayo sa amin kng sno ggawin,pero may una pa syng hulog sa sss ,ngayon po 65yrs old na sya di pa naayos sss nya,di pa nakakapag pensiyon,ppaano po ba dapat gawin,
ang liit pa din. nag tataka ako bat pag nag inquire ng contributions , hindi kasama sa inquiry yung earnings ng contribution. Dapat transparent ang sss

Bakit my delay sa release ng pension sa mga pensioner . Katulad sa akin dati every end of the month tangap kona.sa paki explain dw po.para maliwanagan ako.

Sir..may kinasama po ako nuong una..bata pa po ako nun..so sa kalikutan namin..nabuo po..bilang lalake..pinanagutan ko po un at ginawa kong benificiary sa sss..pero may panget po na nangyari sa amin kung kaya nagkahiwalay po kami..matagal na po at almost a decade napo nang makapag asawa po muli ako at ngayon po na malapit na ako maging senior..nais ko pong palitan ang benificiary ko..maari po bang maging primary benificiary ko ang huli kong pamilya..salamat po

As long na alam po nnyo ang sss number nya dito sa pinas malalakad po nnyo iyan. I prepare po nnyo ang mga supporting papers. Tulad ng ginawa po namin sa byenan ko na member din sss dito for 3yrs plus lng pero U.S. citizen sya ng mamatay sya dito sa pinas, nakakuha kmi ng burial plus death benefit/lump sum. Nauna yung burial benefit pero inabot ng 5mos yung death benefit. Mag Inquire din po kyo sa sss ofc near you dito sa pinas for more info.

Ano po ba ang mga requirement sa pag file ng monthly pension?
- to be qualified - dapat equivalent to 10 yrs na posted contributions
- file lng online if you have my.sss account na and you have to enroll your bank account
- bank certificate/proof na you own the bank account kng saan i dedeposit yung pension
- if filed online, they will send you an email para you can send the bank cert etc
- if manual, send docs sa branch
We cannot even talk to them. Then, pay?

hello sir Vince, very nice content po.. tanong ko lang Sir what if tuloy2x ang pag contribute ko sa SSS until sa age of optional retirement, lalaki ba ang pension ko? nag try akong mag simulation retirement calculation sa E.services ng SSS kaso po ang binigay na estimate lang is yong untill recent contribution lang po hindi ko kc ma edit ang length of contribution and amount of contribution.. it would be so nice sana kng malaman ang amount na matatanggap na pension as sooner para ma budget na kaagad... im a fan/subscriber as well.. looking 4ward sa response in regards sa tanong ko.. by the way sir ofw po ako kaya thumps up ako sa content mo that helps us be financially literate...more power sa channel mo po...
