In the case of a low voltage situation we often find that the voltage is merely low at the outlet. Often this can be remedied with a new fixture or rewiring to reduce voltage drop. If you suspect that the voltage provided by the power company is less than 120V you can confirm this with a test at your panel. For any electrical work we recommend hiring a licensed electrician.
