Ur kinnda underrated though
I still think the best authentication is, something you know (password), something you are (biometrics) and something you have (security key), so if something REALLY needs to never be broken into / accessed by anyone but you, use all three, not just one of them.
This video contains misinformation at the start, a picture is not enough to fool FaceID ad it is not enough to fool any 3D face unlock, like on the Pixel 4 series (that's why it is called 3D face unlock). It uses IR blasters and depth sensors to make sure the face is real and not a picture plus many other security measures
Also ios has an optional feature to enable to check not only for open eyes but for attemtion on whether ur eyes are pointing in the phones direction
