- Student visa Application process from VFS is explained by sagar and Nikki
Experience of Sagar in his words:
This was my Experience at VFS_Hyderabad on 28 June 2021.My slot was at 8.53 AM. I reached there by 8.25 AM.
They allowed me to go inside after 8:45 AM. After going to the VFS Global (3rd Floor), they did some bag check and our temperature check. (Due to Covid Pandemic Time).Soon after that, they verified my appointment letter, passport and gave me a token. I was asked whether I was willing to take Premium lounge. I said No. After waiting for a couple of minutes, they asked me to proceed to the counter (Which they'll mention through display there, you can check there or else they'll call you).
At counter, they asked my doc's, (2copies as per the VFS Chennai and Hyderabad Checklist). They took and kept those in order and asked me to Pay service fee of around INR 7.8k approx. And they asked me to wait. After that they called me for Biometrics.

These were the docs, I submitted. (2 Copies Each)
1.Videx form and Declaration of True info.

2. Additional contact and Legal Representation Information form.
(If you've doubts in fill this form, they'll assist you there, dw.)
3. Passport both pages.
4. Cover Letter and Motivation letter. (They're asking both)
5. Admission Letter. (Unconditional)
6. Language Certificate (IELTS) and Physical Presence Certificate.
7. School and university certificates, Transcripts.
8. CV : Not compulsory, but I submitted
9. Blocked Account. ( I took 863€ per month from expatrio.)
10. Work Experience and Internship certificate Copies.
11. Travel and Health Insurances.
12. Passport size photo copies according to biotmetric specifications. If they find any trouble with your photos, they'll retake your picture for around 200/-.
Note:
And they also asked " did you mentioned Long term Goal and Bachelors CGPA in motivation letter "So make sure of it too. No questions were asked. And ofcourse I didn't felt any need of Premium Services.They're super friendly. Don't worry. Best of Luck!

Nice video Bro! I have my Visa appointment in a week at VFS Hyderabad. Shoud I staple all the documents? I have seen some posts in FB groups that not to staple any documents..is it true? And will there be any problem if I don't have Original degree Certificate?
Hi.
Yeah, don't staple any document. Just keep those in order they've mentioned in checklist. Regarding Original Degree Certificate, I too didn't submit any original degree, instead I submitted Provisional Degree.

Hello. Thank you. Direct ga valley meeku slot allot chestaru. Oka vela ah time ki meeeku admission rakapothey...or else documentation work avvakapothey ..you can request them for a change in visa slot, they'll do that.

Vfs website says no slots available for student visa and how should we book any specific timing in a day?
It happened with me as well. But you can try sending an email to VFS Hyderabad and request them for a slot or else you can try filling contact forms.
What about original documents submission Sagar?
