House rent is a big problem in germany. My husband also faced same problem in the beginning and registration process. I stayed just for 4 months but I too observed same issues. But I liked public transport .

When we are in a new country, like Germany, we have to adapt their food, type of entertainment etc for example their fitness routines can be adapted so your time is utilized best.

They also tell the same problems and happies what u explained in detail in your video . @27:40 you said that you can go to doctor immediately if you have any problem... But in the beginning you said that, if it is not emergency it may take up to one year to get the appointment... I didn't understand your point. Is health care good or bad over there ? To consult a doctor if it is taking months to get appointment means definitely health sector is very bad over there...until you get the appointment you have to bear that pain right ? Having insurance will not add any advantage if you didn't get treatment in time even though it is not emergency.
Specialist appointments at private clinics will take time based on the issue.. If it’s critical they treat immediately otherwise you need to wait based on available slots.. If it’s really emergency the government hospitals which are also very good are open 24*7 Hope I am able to answer your questions
Like Germany following quality education, infrastructure,healthcare, Good food, like nature, dnt west food or any thing,rules and regulations,works timings.
