Timer starts at the end of the pre-run countdown (00:06) and ends when the screen fades to black after defeating Boolossus (18:29).
More details on each floor are listed below (individual floor times are taken from the in-game timer):
- Floor 1: Defeat all 24 ghosts (2:52)
- Floor 2: Defeat all 24 ghosts (3:30)
- Floor 3: Defeat all 90 crows (1:05)
- Floor 4: Rescue all 4 Toads (3:30)
- Floor 5: Defeat Boolossus (4:33)
