A tip for you sister you can wrap cling wrap in the cabinets above the microwave it will be easy for you to clean. Remove when ever it is dirty and change a new one.

Hi sis.. no sis now I don’t have any issues.. it was during my second pregnancy and doctor said it can be because of pregnancy…. But after my delivery I am completely fine now..
Am the one like what you say exactly... Lazy for planned time but finish like a robot when relatives or my hubby return home from office 😂😂

S da when ever we cleaned everything no one will come.. unoda delivery story kekumbothu yenoda delivery time remember ahgudhu da.. when I am 7 months while walking I slipped myself didn't fall but knee compression adiduchi so rest of my pergenancy time I am not able to walk with the help of wheelchair only I moved.. no medicine no xray no pain killer.. appa adhu koduma.. so that I didn't go for my second child.. after delivery I did an knee surgery also for that problem da.. romba kastam ma na time ahdhu

Hi sis, thank you for the info about thuthi illai. My friend also suffers from anal fissure. She cries a lot whenever she shares with me. Surely will tell about this remedy. All of a sudden In my second pregnancy I am not able to tolerate ( the smell) of nonveg. I can’t able to eat non veg. Till now ( 5 years) no non veg. If I eat then I have to suffer to sleep , vomit, and pass stool. Thank you so much. Will surely try this .

Thanks fr this information sis. Naanum anal fissure prob naal ah romba kasta pattu irukan sis. After major spinal surgery I faced a prob of constipation and was admitted in hospital fr two days since my bleeding was severe and I faced low BP. I still remember how I traveled to hospital it was just 15mins away from my home which I felt like few hrs travel and my whole nighty was blood and my mom was crying alot becoz I was just recovering from my major surgery. Ipo neenacha kuda romba bayama irukum sis. Can't explain how horrible those days were😢😢

No sis .. it is not available in Indian stores.. but you can search in Amazon .. but my opinion would be when you visit India you can buy them … or you can send through courier.. here it might be expensive da.. my personal suggestion da but you can try here in Amazon if you are facing the problem now..

Will u store thuthi powder inside fridge or we can keep outside?
I store inside freezer sis.. Because after washing the leaves we dry them , then we powder it.. sometimes moisture will be there .. So it is best to store in fridge for longer shelf life .. but if you are buying the powder from stores then you can store outside itself or as mentioned in that package.
Is it available in any organic shop in tamilnadu ??

Pls share how you use frozen meat sis.
Mostly we don’t buy frozen meat da. If I buy I take it out in the morning itself out of freezer and allow it to thaw by itself.. then I use it for lunch.. if at all no time then I use microwave da, there is a defrost option .. you can use that in case you are in a rush .. or just leave it in countertop atleast 5 hrs or run it under cold water
