if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
Then He will touch His people once again 😔🙏🙏

That verse does not apply to us.. It was written to those in faith in Israel at a time when us Gentiles "were still afar off" We had not been "made nigh unto the grace of God". As for promises, we were guarantied tribulation... especially if we suit-up with the armor Paul tells us about in Eph 6. Yes, God can and does bless us, but in this enemy occupied world, we set our eyes upon heavenly things, and not earthly, carnal things that will soon pass away.

So much absolutely wrong with these Kingdom now lyrics! Be careful. Why would any Gentile believer be usurping Kingdom promises made to a future earthly Jewish Kingdom (never fully realized, as promised to Abraham)? We have been given the marvelous gift of free-grace, offered through simple faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, as complete payment for our sins - apart from the works of the law. The word Church (Gr-eklesia) simply means a purposed-group, and we Gentile believers are in the Body of Christ (in this present Age of Grace), and we are to be raised-up in heavenly places when He descends to call us home.
The promised Kingdom reign is currently in abeyance for Israel, Paul says it in Romans chapters 9 to 11, they have been put aside. To avoid deception and errant thinking that the Body of Christ has earthly Kingdom rights (look around, it's quite clear we don't.. and it will get worse), do a TH-cam search on *Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth EXPLAINED Correctly with Pastor Rodney Beaulieu* and this should help make things super clear. BTW, I am not saying God doesn't work miracles or give us peace in our afflictions, but I am saying we cannot usher-in a physical earthly Kingdom, because *that is the work of the stone uncut by human hands* mentioned in Daniel 2:34 and 44-45 - that Kingdom will be eternal (it hasn't started yet). Spiritualizing the Kingdom as in our hearts may make us feel all nice and warm inside, but God is not in the business of filling our often understandably narcissistic desires.. He aims to bring about real change and a real Kingdom, but tribulation must first come upon this earth before that.
God Bless you all, as you consider God's plan of the Ages 🙏 🙏 🙏 as revealed in his Word.

@@Mary-ue3bz There are No true prophets of God in this present Age of Grace. This age (or dispensation if you like..) was the mystery Paul talks about, hidden in the Father before the foundation of the world. This age was not prophesied about in the OT, nor did the 12 have any knowledge of it until the diminishing of Israel and Christ's selection of Paul. "Had the princes of this world known about it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory" (1 Cor 2:8 ) To Satan, free grace apart from works of the law is like a nightmare to his twisted reign. Prophetical things are not happening right now, but God's program with Israel will return soon.. we do see the political and technology preparations being made for a one-world governance (eg: Starlink will likely be the transport for one world banking and coordinated tyranny).

@@Mary-ue3bz Yes, I'm definitely familiar with that prosperity gospel (I used to preach it) but you don't get to pick certain parts of God's Word you like and not even written specifically to you and then ignore the rest. Consider those that cite passages from James as if it were directed specifically to them, when in fact, James 1:1 states the letter was written the 12 twelve tribes scattered abroad. Errant readers forget to ask things like "what tribe am I from?" or questions like "I thought Christ did everything for my salvation.. why does this letter say I must do works to prove my redemption".
Paul is our apostle for today as can be clearly seen from the inability of the 12 apostles to convince those Jews standing in the authority of Moses (the Sanhedrin) to call upon Jesus as both Messiah and King. When they killed Stephen, watch the following verses where the priests garments are kept by a then young man named Saul. Ask the question, why does this young man grow aggressive against the church and the Father sends Christ personally to apprehend him on the way to Damascus and totally change the course of history? If God gave a commission to the 12, why did He deem it necessary to pick 1 more man to take a new Gospel to the whole world (one apart from the works of the law, based solely on grace). Ask also, why Christ ignored the Gentile woman and say I came only the the lost house of Israel.. He wasn't talking to us yet, that was still Israel's time, and yet it's sad to see the church today still can't read their Bible. Christ spoke to us Gentiles through Paul and he had him write the largest doctrinal parts of the New Testament. Anyway, I'm not even sure you'll read this far, so why not do a TH-cam search for *Our History Impacts The Church* from ButNowFellowship. This speaks a lot about rightly divide the Word of God so you can understand who God was speaking to and how to get the things God has for you.
